Wasn’t there also something about him expecting her to keep a certain level of fitness, or have kids or stop her socialising once they got married. I will never understand how a piece of paper can change a long term relationship like that. There were also rumours that she cheated with Kris Smith, but I think they were unfounded. Nevertheless, I used to be a big fan (they seemed like an awesome couple on insta) but he really showed his true colours after their split - some of the stuff he dropped on insta and daily mail interviews was putrid.
 
He really went to town, didn’t he. So gross. She kept a dignified silence!
He recently got remarried haha. Go tell your new wife to “keep fit”.

She did not mention him by name and kept very scant on detail but reading between the lines - she had to leave and go to a police shop when her newborn son was tiny.
He has nothing to do with his kids. He can say she’s kept him from them but he’s found a new woman, got her knocked up and married in less than 2 years and they have nothing to do with him?
I think his mum is also an enabler. 3 out of 4 of the sons split from the mothers of their children. Sorry but you can’t convince me he’s a good dude. Even if there wasn’t a history of violence, drug use and cheating - marrying someone else and not inviting your kids / or not seeing them for years - bleeping wanker. Good on Phoebe.

100% agree, that whole situation seems so bloody scary for Phoebe and the kids. The mum is definitely an enabler, you can tell she would defend her boys no matter what. I really hope Tom continues to be different.

That sounds a bit like somebody else we know, doesn’t it?? Not seeing the older kids but ‘Dad of the year’ with the new addition etc.

God I had no idea, I just thought he was a bit of a party boy, and she was a bit of a princess. No wonder why women choose the bear.
 
The Australian ran an article a few years ago and it made for awful reading… some of the stuff that went down in that relationship was bleeping horrible. And Phoebe’s father was quoted, so it had weight. Agree - something has gone very wrong with those brothers. Curious to see if the brother who is with Tahlia falls into the same pattern.
 
Can Demi do anything without her mum? Does she still come and clean her house once a week?
