I’m watching Bec’s Japan stories with interest- we were there early this year and had an amazing time- the kids had a ball. Would go again in a heartbeat. Thoughts so far:
- risky putting up pics at an animal cafe; we didn’t visit any as the majority of them have dubious practices. She will cop serious backlash for this
- using a chauffeur: each to their own, but half the fun and experience of Tokyo is the sights as you walk around from place to place! My kids (including a 7yo) coped well with the average 20k steps per day, and some of the best discoveries were the unexpected ones.
But I guess the Judd’s only do gold standard travel
