bleary eyed, mad house, the girls, di, Shiela’s maid, the boys, always got a bit of Scotland in my heart 🙄 ok we get it

also catching up on Fridays vlog. The kitchen is not it 🤮 there’s too much shelving everywhere

It’s the fake laughing she does whenever she talks to herself in the camera that grates on me, sometimes I’m not sure if she is laughing or crying.

I know she can be problematic sometimes but I'd swap with her in a heartbeat. She lives such a quintessentially English life where money is no problem. Or at least 'no problem ' in comparison to 95% of the UK population.
 
I’m not all for surfaces, I believe we have to live but I think she loves clutter. She’s made her kitchen very busy with the shelving and that brick a brack thing hanging over her counter.
 
She’s got another brown wooden corner shelving cabinet in the bathroom to match the odd one in the kitchen.

I like red and green but not together. When mixed in the black and white chessboard style floor it’s just awful .
 
In tonight’s vlog Charlie shares her dining table , which is in the kitchen. She has a table for 4 with two drop leaf extensions making it into an extremely tightly squeezed table for 8.

There is a bench seat and she says there is space to put the dogs beds tucked under the bench seat. I’m happy she is happy with it, no shade. Hopefully whoever sits on the bench seat won’t mind having the dogs lick and nibble their ankles 😂

Oh god even the snug is SO full of furniture and clutter, they just have far too much for that space!
 
Really she could do with a good declutter and store some in a storage unit but that’s ££ …

she hasn’t successfully de cluttered for this move. Surely she can’t be hoping to move back to a bigger house again?.

I think she should face reality and just have what she needs and nothing more in that house
 
The new place is quite a squish with all of the belongings.
I wonder how the square footage would compare to the old place .

I like Charlie tbh she’s harmless and is skilled at home making. It’s just she has a few funny mannerisms and questionable taste in home colours.

the kitchen cupboards looked a bit gappy in tonight’s vlog. The doors under the sink don’t quite meet.

I think she has gone too big on the sink . She could have had more storage if she had a smaller sink. I don’t think her snobbery would allow a smaller sink however !. That sink was going in there no matter what so she could say she has a big sink. It’s just too big for that kitchen imo .

People in her tiktok comments are always critical of her shopping at Waitrose, local farm shops or Sainsbury’s M&S etc but she said in a comment that she loves aldi and lidl, however I’m curious to as why we never see her use these brands? The only ever time I’ve heard of her going to lidl is for the steam mop when it was on offer lol
