My guess is she’s going to use the flat for some kind of events / dinners. That’s why it’s held by a company.

I find it slightly cringe/odd that some of the people invited to her dinner parties were ‘people she admired in the industry’ As if her dinner parties were some kind of infamous event that people she didn’t know personally would receive an invitation to and jump at the chance to go. I think in her mind that’s how it was 
Also that Xmas dinner she ‘hosted’ looks awful.

Ha ha she goes on like she was ALWAYS hosting these wonderful parties (that I do recall were catered, no weird lasagna served)
She bought the flat in 2018, assuming she started these parties in 2019, she held 3 - Valentine's, Halloween and Christmas. One in 2020 and that's it

Ugh it’s just all so contrived. Also random thought I had - have we ever seen / heard Ash laugh? Like proper laughing, something tickled her, belly laugh? Not seen evidence of this on telly, on Instagram…never. She takes herself so seriously, no real moments caught whatsoever. It’s genuinely sad.
I’m convinced she doses (dozers?? ) Alf up on Calpol or piriton everytime she takes him somewhere.
