Never uses a filter but her hair and her skin are a different colour to yesterday.

does anyone else get really low the week before their period ummmmm yes ash this happens to literally everyone i know.



I have PCOS, irregular periods, hairy af everywhere on my body including face, chest, legs etc and I really suffer with mental health in the 10-12 days before my period. its hideous. horrible self image, poor sleep, weight gain, anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation - you name it, its happening. Its a real problem, there is no discernible treatment other than the usual - prioritise sleep, eating properly, exercise, avoiding alcohol and caffeine, and so on. in my case its hugely exacerbated by the stimulants i take for ADHD. and i still havent self diagnosed PMDD.

she will find literally anything to complain about. even the most boring incidences of being a human woman alive on this earth. go to bleeping therapy ash.
 
I think she thinks she’s “above” therapy. Like she has her tit together. A life coach 🥴🤣. Thinks she can lecture and preach to others. She’s one of the least self aware people I’ve ever had the pleasure of not meeting. I’d love to meet her and try to converse/ debate her opinions 🤣
 
When she talks about ‘shoots’ is she on about filming for Instagram? 😂
It’s hardly commercial break at the Super Bowl stuff 😂 all fur coat no knickers as my Gran would have once said.
I’d love to look at her business accounts

I think that would be the natural assumption too after she went on her rant boasting about her ‘secret real name’ and trolls.

I agree. It’s not like her real name is Elizabeth or something completely different. There are quite a few Adeline’s on instagram who are called Ada - including SR Nutritions daughter. Definitely doesn’t mean they are on tattle or have looked up companies house.

@kingfisher100 we assume the shoots are insta reels. When she’s dolled up and that reel goes live you can put the puzzle pieces together so to speak 🤣🤣 They’re not even paid shoots most the time so she’s just forking out for content (and childcare) it’s beyond tragic.

Little bit of tea… she asked if she could use the Global Radio studios and lobby area for a ‘shoot’ where she’d wander through the reception and into a lift in a sort of sassy strutting super mum way. The building admin asked if she could ensure no branding or company related wording, logos, location giveaways would be shown, then rejected the request after not getting a reply.

So keep an eye out for where she ended up doing that cringe set up!?
