So Ash has severe hypochondria to the point that she must call out an extermination company urgently because she has some spots that look like bed bug bites.
And she must drive to Southend to a private phlebotomist because she can't wait for an NHS blood test.
But now she has a suspected brain bleed and doctors think it's possible she's been having strokes and needs lumbar puncture and MRI test to investigate and she's turned these down due to ptsd and is happier to be sent home to have non urgent investigations as an outpatient.
She doesn't look worried at all.

And yet she thinks anyone who writes anything negative online about someone they don't know needs help.
Her morals are very selective.
Also, she says her hypochondria is due to being treated terribly and let down by the NHS but with her comfortable financial situation she hasn't taken private health care, makes sense.
