She has a platform of over 116k people, if she even got 1% of them to sign up, thats 1100 people paying their joining fee and monthly subscription, then of COURSE she will do well, she's making a % on every single one of them and any trips they book. She admitted to a followers friend that she's not actually booking anything herself apart from friends and family (which I call bullshit on).
The likes of herself and Ellen with their larger profiles will of course do well at this, and its why these businesses have targetted them. Its smart. The average joe with only their immediate friends and family as potential clients will really really struggle to get this level, most will not even come close, realistically most go away once a year. While Aoibhe and her ilk will climb the ladder based off their social media followers. Meanwhile the poor saps they conned will continue to be scalped every month with the constant promise of "just keep hustling, you've got to put in the work and really want it, you're not committing enough" is thrown at them if they dare question why this isnt the payout they were promised.
