For those who don't know what an Insragram Mom is it's a mother called Efa who pretends to spend more time with her kids than she actually does, and posts them almost daily whole pretending to keep them offline oh and pretends not to be a single Mom while the kids father and his parents are hugely involved in the kids lives

That photo was a display of her level of narcissism. It was Mother’s Day, a day about her so the fact Juan took her kids made her short circuit.
I do flip flop between feeling sorry for her because she just cannot help herself and cause these situations.
Why the duck would Juan play ball when she uses her platform to make a show of him on a weekly basis. Why TF would he give her a Mother’s Day card etc things she expects.
My SIL is an extreme narcissist and gets herself into similar situations but truly believes she is the victim. There’s just no reasoning with them
