However we KNOW covid-19 is infectious so it stands to reason that if the virus is present then that person is infectious. People just read the bits they want to or that support their narrative and don't bother to fully research or understand.

In partial defence of this idea - there have been some suggestions that a PCR test could still pick up the RNA of the virus after you've already stopped having symptoms and it is no longer "active" in your body.

Interesting article. This quote stood out to me:
“Individuals with high trait Machiavellianism are strategic, exploitative, considered ‘master manipulators’, and tend to have a cynical view of human nature. As such, it is possible this these individuals believe other people to be foolish and easily manipulated; whereas they themselves are not so easily manipulated and know the truth,” the authors say.

Both threads contain posters that mock the alternative view, let's not act otherwise. Likewise both threads contain those posters that are able to discuss things without resorting to name calling. If you have any issues with posts we've all been told to report, or ignore 😊

Just an opinion not looking for an argument and did I do any name calling no I didn’t, I was saying it’s good to have a separate thread for anti CTs

I can vouch for that one because we have regular patients who routinely swab for their procedures and they still flag up as covid postive months and months after their initial diagnosis which is why nhs policy for us is to to treat as negative after their initial 14 days
