I MUST share the following lightbulb moments with you today...
1. Clean Your Hair Brushes
We often hear about cleaning makeup brushes, but what about hair brushes? Regularly cleaning them prevents old product buildup from transferring onto freshly washed hair. This is especially important if, like me, you have fine hair and are always seeking that extra bit of volume.
2. Redefining Wealth
I recently came across a powerful quote:
“There are four types of wealth:
Financial wealth (MONEY)
Social wealth (STATUS)
Time wealth (FREEDOM)
Physical wealth (HEALTH)
Be cautious of jobs that give you 1 and 2 but rob you of 3 and 4.”
This resonated deeply. In 2022, I realized that my career wasn’t worth sacrificing my well-being and core values after facing burnout. This insight has fueled my focus in recent years as I advocate for a more balanced, fulfilling life, an angle that you've probably noticed in my content in recent years.
3. Discovering Elevated Scents
Mainstream perfumes often lack the elevated, sophisticated notes many seek. While there are exceptions, my top advice for a luxurious scent is to explore niche perfumes, as you often cannot go wrong with them.
I delve into this topic in my latest YouTube video, so be sure to check it out!
And for my Level Up Class members, the brand-new Elegant Perfume Directory is now live, listing the most notable niche perfume brands from A to Z.

Funny, she just released that video about fragance to pitch her Z-Level App
no expensive fragance will work to "cover"bad habits / hygiene.
People always tell me how nicely I smell (
my husband is absolutely obsessed)
I do not wear my Chanel's fragances for a Sunday brunch. Had to confess to a friend that enquired: my fragance for a casual date was around £30,00 - a very niche one tho - but I've found the best shampoo for my scalp, dermatologist approved skincare, ecological products for my washing machine, etc. Oh and my hairbrush is clean
Do not spend hundreds on a signature scent, pay that dermatology consultation and use only high quality products, if you're skin barrier is healthy, any supermarket oil will smell divine.
People should abstain from reading her fragance list or whatever she has to say.
