She definitely apologized for it back in 2019.
I can’t find the specific post but she had re-uploaded the pic of her and the kids with an apology. She also wrote this one referencing it and being called out.

She happens to be a good friend of mine and she has definitely made mistakes in the past but contacting her places of employment seems a bit extreme

She is a really good friend of mine and has definitely made some mistakes in the past but everyone deserves forgiveness from the mistakes they’ve made do they not?
I’m no cyber expert 😏 but isn’t the bottom right pic Amy and the ‘boost post’ you would only see on your own profile? Ie isn’t this Amy posting this? 🤔

I can’t even read this. Did she really quote Martin Luther King Jr…? Wow. Just.. white privilege at its absolute finest.

The “apology” I can see from September 2019 is this non-apology. I hadn’t seen that other apology from June 2020. That probably would have been the right time to remove or amend all of her racist posts. It was also the height of the BLM movement, so if I was a cynic I would say a popular subject for generating engagement.

I’m an Ad Standards girl 😂, I’d never contact a company. I can understand why people feel strongly enough to do so.

I do think people deserve second chances and to change and grow. But I also think leaving so many hurtful comments all over the internet and not taking the time to remove them makes me question how much someone actually has changed.

i asked her about her apology and she screen shot that to me. She refuses to come onto the site and i understand why. Just sharing some insight because you all seem to think she hasn’t apologized.
Look, despite all cattiness, I am so very offended by the many things I’ve read from Amy. Amy in particular, because I am Asian and she targeted Asians for so long. I remember vividly as a child accidentally ripping off all my eyelashes with an eyelash curler because I was trying to make my eyes bigger like the non-Asians at my school. To have an adult, with children of her own, not even three years ago publicly make fun of us is absolutely deplorable.
Did she really learn from this mistake? Did she, or did she not, just WEEKS ago post a photo of her riding a black balloon, captioned “I prefer riding white ones”. That very much has racist undertones to me? I don’t have a screenshot of it, but hey the internet is forever as we’ve learnt, I’m sure it’s still out there.

OK, if you say so. Did she not think about going back and deleting all the old racist posts when she had her epiphany and became socially conscious?

This. The second ‘apology’ in June 2020 was posted on Blackout Tuesday. And for all the supposed embarrassment she felt, the books she read and the research she did…deleting old racist posts didn’t occur to her? But as soon as it’s mentioned on Tattle and there’s talk of contacting employers, now it’s a priority??

To summarise- Amy has made multiple racist and highly offer wife remarks about: First Nations people, Nigerians, Asians, other POC and Jews. Leigh has also made multiple racist remarks about First Nations people and Lebanese people (and chubby people). Kristin has made racist remarks about First Nations people and Lebanese people. None of them have apologised, except for Amy's half assed 2nd attempt apology in 2019.
All of these comments have been made on social media, I can only imagine how they speak behind closed doors.

Oh gosh, that just breaks my heart! I’m so, so, sorry you felt you had to do that. My partner is Asian and I witnessed some racist remarks made to them in the last year. I was so full of rage over it - couldn’t believe it! It’s disgusting! I agree with you 100% and believe like many other people that have been called out, she is only apologising because it could potentially affect her livelihood. It’s called consequence! I have no sympathy. If you are going to be on a public platform and be a “role model” or influence on a group of people, it deserves to be taken away if you behave that way - they weren’t children who didn’t know better.

Highly offensive*

I edited this to correct;
Did she really learn from this mistake? Did she, or did she not, just WEEKS ago post a photo of her riding a black balloon, captioned “I prefer riding white ones”. The caption I saw was something along the lines of “I prefer riding white ones”, while she was mounting a black balloon. I think this is important. If she’s really changed and remorseful, I guess this didn’t happen and I read it wrong 🙄

I can’t find the specific post but she had re-uploaded the pic of her and the kids with an apology. She also wrote this one referencing it and being called out.

She happens to be a good friend of mine and she has definitely made mistakes in the past but contacting her places of employment seems a bit extreme

I don't think we will need to contact her employers. "Racist" and "Tattle" now comes up when you Google her.

Look, idk whether you’re AG or a ‘good friend’ of hers but srsly it’s time to have a long, hard look. This stuff has actually been called out multiple times in the past- at very least in 2019, 2020, and now. Just how many chances does someone deserve? As many others have pointed out in this thread, there are many many jobs where expressing these kinds of racist attitudes would result in immediate termination. Why should influencers get held to more lenient standard? They’re easily earning more than many others

Likewise for Leigh and her employment and employers.
