The sweat "and bits" will get all over gym equipment regardless of whether you wear underwear; that's why you wipe stuff down when you're done with it. Adding the thinnest bit of underwear fabric will do nothing; underwear is not some impenetrable fabric. I used to wear underwear under my workout tights but would often be irritated by it mid-workout, so I go without now.
 
I'm sure she owns a washing machine that does all that work for her. I think she's just trying to trigger people and say weird stuff to go viral since her channel is a dead zone snooze fest.

Totally agree with wiping equipment, it's common courtesy and just good gym etiquette.

But no undies at all? What about if you're ovulating that day? What about the smell? :sick: I dunno mate, no undies seems like the worst thing to do IMO. I wear an ultra thin panty liner to protect my undies and my leggings, these also help stop the appearance of a camel toe.

But yeah you do you, I'm just judging Allana and Georgie for the grossness.

Water, Soybean Oil*, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin, Polysorbate 60, Lactic Acid, Potassium Sorbate and Calcium Disodium EDTA (Used to protect quality), Natural and Artificial Flavor, Vitamin A Palmitate, Beta Carotene (Color)

vs just normal grassfed butter. Does she seriously think these weird hyper processed foods are better than WHOLE foods. Dan is disgusting for encouraging this and she is stupid for blindly thinking 0 calorie spray is better than just a little bit of fat. Also men and women need different levels of fats. I hope she's happy looking skinny for five minutes then immediately looking gaunt. There's nothing wrong with toning up but starving yourself and depriving yourself of fats is not healthy.

She’s clearly clueless on nutrition and it makes her look very basic. Obviously real butter is going to be better for you than that artificial crap which is only just going to cause inflammation in her gut…. Along with all those awful protein bars she has. She’s just going by calories… she doesn’t care about her health.
 
Latest vid discussing her not wearing underwear in her workout tights is so gross, isnt the first time she mentioned this topic and everytime she says it, is sooo gross. She always says her flappy flappy and how the front seam cuts into her flappy so deep etc all and how she doesnt want to wear the panty cos its another thing to just get sweaty and have to wash. Is it that hard to throw one more thing into the machine to wash?

Why must she/ women in general so bothered by visible panty line when they are working out, as long as the line isnt too obvs or watever, who cares???

she just seems so dirty. And her hair too. I think this is my biggest peeve with her.

15k steps in a day plus a workout?? I understand she’s trying to look a certain way for her wedding but this seems very taxing on the body. Makes me wonder about her trainer.

it gives me ED vibes unfortunately and the trainer doesn’t seem to help
 
At least it shows that influencers do duck all work when Allana can spend the whole day, every day, walking 15k and working out.

When is the wedding taking place, I kind of forgot. I am interested to see what happens after the wedding, I hope she gives herself rest and grace so she does not burn out after the wedding.

15K steps isn't a lot if you're moving around all day and don't have a desk job. I end up around 13K a day on average just from walking the dogs several times, and walking to the shops, running errands etc, plus do a 45 workout.

Definitely healthier to just eat the real butter! You don't need much. All these no sugar, no butter, no fat products contain so many harmful synthetic ingredients, you'll be worse off in the longer term. More money than brains some of these influencers. So over it.
 
all this $ spent on a stylist and clothing etc and she still has horrible personal style and essentially is wearing big mumu jeans and a t-shirt. a few bucks an hour to pay a stylist to tell you to wear heels with some foot showing with your slouchy oversized jeans and t-shirt. Very questionable outfits posted below from the new "style update" video
