It is giving me "almond moms" aka overly restrictive dieting. I am aware that due to the beauty standards, a lot of women have felt pressure to lose weight and look "ideal" on their wedding day. I have seen YT people talking about a show in the US where women were getting plastic surgeries for their weddings! I had to google it now because it's nuts, it's called Bridalplasty.
A bit off topic, but an even worse show was a reality show called The Swan. Truely the peak of bad early 2000s competition tv.

Based on her meals that she's shown, it looks like she's getting around 1,600 cals a day, plus lots of exercise. It's absolutely not sustainable and seems so pointless to look just a bit thinner for one day. She will absolutely revert to her natural shape very quickly (unless she ends up getting an eating disorder), and that shape is a large, straight body shape. She is delusional and it must suck to be stuck on that horrendous diet day after day. I hope she gets a lot of pushback about it on youtube/instagram. Her trainer is a joke.

I think it was really irresponsible of her not to put a trigger warning for that video. She’ll hopefully look back at that video in the near future and die a little inside from the sheer madness. A whole 50 extra calories in the form of a greens powder will stop you reaching your fitness goals apparently!!! 🙄

This also just seems like such a dumb move PR-wise. Our culture is not in a place right now where people are going to tolerate influencers promoting extremely low calorie diets. What could she possibly gain from doing this video? Girl, just lie like everyone else and say you eat pizza every day and have no idea how you stay thin! And yiiiiiikes at her still being 8 weeks out, I can’t imagine eating like that even for 8 hours lol

Ergh - trying to do the pose that makes you look the skinniest. She has issues.

Her new video would make for great content for that dietitian on youtube called Abbey (Sp?) 👀

Also she was already dieting according to DIYbody's guidance 5 months ago in this video

I haven't watched the new video but her diet already seemed pretty restrictive then...

1,663 calories. Yup, just like I estimated. Why the eff is it down to a single calorie. This is horribly disordered.

And LMAO at *her* for trying to convince people it’s not for her wedding. She’s doing this to look as thin as possible in pictures. End of story.

Calories of a food are never 100% accurate either and could always be 10% less or 10% more than stated on the packages of food. Plus you need to take into consideration how much of that food your body actually digests, gut health and hormones etc.

So writing down her calories to the very last digit is just hilarious. I thought everyone was past advocating for this kind of distorted and restricted eating behaviour… we left that a decade ago Allana.

ok she wants to slim down for her wedding but shes literally telling us that she wants to be skinny by going on a crash diet which I think is so irresponsible and triggering. Why can’t she just keep it to herself?

I mean, if it's a cut, it all makes sense. I don't know if she's really short for the calories but the macros make sense.
I would be more worried if she started "biohacking" and tracking her blood sugar 24/7.
Not sure why she wants to be ripped at her wedding, but more power to her if she knows that's she'll gain weight to maintenance and only keep the muscles and not the definition.

I hate Abbey, she's so sanctimonious and annoying

plus she's naturally skinny so she can practice what she preaches, I swear if she was a little bigger no one would listen to her and she wouldn't have the popularity that she has now

When is her wedding? Most cut are supposed to be 2-4 months, unless very overweight (which she wasn't). Hopefully, her trainer will include some reverse-dieting/refeed before the wedding, otherwise she will look tired af in pictures (unless she photoshops them lol).

I'm into fitness (3 months into a bulk atm), so I don't usually judge people getting into fitness, but she acts like she is prepping for a bodybuilding competition, not her wedding  It's not like her family, friends, and followers don't know what she looks like normally and will be trick to think it's her regular body.

Have they mentioned any plans to have kids in the near future?
