I was tempted to add it all up . I really love the excuse of “this was expensive so I only bought ONE” I might try that on my husband!

Those kind of shops are a magnet for it though. Sooo many bargains and sooo cheap but it’s all tat and then when added together it’s crazy money now with the increases. So you could have got something nicer quality with the same money. I think they feed on people like Stacey and the FB groups creating a frenzy on things. The amount of people on those groups daily like “I didn’t need this but it only scanned as £10 rather than £40! So I couldn’t leave it there!” Translation: so… you just wasted £10

It's as logical as stacey dividing the price between the contents of the box so it makes it cheaper and therefore worth it.

The fact she said "its £30.99 which means it was £31" no Stacey, it means it was £30 99

Don't get me wrong I love to decorate each seasons but f me the dresser is over flowing with all the tit she buying also she used to have red tree so we're all them baubles gone her colour scheme only last to year as had sliver after red then pink now back red .

It actually looks/sounds worse than ever now with the increased prices “I didn’t want to pay £20 for this from Next but I couldn’t stop thinking about it…so bought it and then bought these other 3 as well” .

Nothing has any sentimental value, we buy a few new decorations each year but I love our decorations, all multi coloured but I could tell you exactly where there from. I loved my mum putting up our tree each year and finding my favourite Dec's.
