Alison Hammond

Did anyone see that Alison has been tipped to break America as she's just made Variety magazines list of the 30 Most Powerful Women on Reality TV. Hope to god she goes there and they keep her

To be fair, I can see her do pretty well when it comes to interviews. That's one thing I will give her credit for, is that she seems to have a knack for making celebrity interviews a little more enjoyable. Well, from the handful I've seen anyway.

I'll never understand why she didn't get a show more like the Graham Norton show rather than being given presenting roles and a show with dogs. Her interviews on this morning with celebrities were always good but her presenting isn't great and doing stuff like the dog show is turning people off of her as it's not the right fit and comes across as if she will just do anything.

Her and Rylan are quite similar, in the sense of they both have had many opportunities thrown their way. But Rylan definitely has more strengths in being a presenter than Alison does. I can't imagine Alison being as natural of a TV game show (for e.g.) presenter as Rylan. I agree about her seeming to do anything, but then that's also the problem with the TV higher ups because they continue choosing her for some reason. She must be doing some voodoo magic for her to continually get these opportunities. Do you think she even has to audition/interview for these roles?
