She’s totally and utterly fine though and she's SO superdy duperdy happy. She loves her life with her best friend, Paddy. She's totally fine with not working out some days because she's so so happy and she's totally fine. Even though she looks like she's been crying in a lot of her posts and stories, she's fine. She's so so happy.

No, Alice. We all know your heart and life are pretty empty. Harsh, but true. Botox, Invisalign, Roaccutane, Soho house, Third Space, The River Cafe, The Ned, dinner parties with The Torygraph with funeral flower arrangements, and grunge pants Lewis won't ‘fix’ you. I wish she would just be herself. Whoever the duck that is anymore.
 
I can't believe she's doing an 8 week program and she's only just sitting down to plan it out! Everything related to this app feels so last minute, I don't understand how they couldn't, for example, map out the rest of the year's workouts, film it all over the course of a month or so, then maybe focus some attention on making sure the app works and providing better customer service...

Because that would involve having considerably more brain cells than the almond one possesses. She really needs some sort of manager as the logistics and admin seem totally beyond her!
