This!!! I'm pretty sure when they prenup was drawn up, Ioan probably didn't realise what she was truly like; if he had, well for one he wouldn't have married her; and two, he would have said she'd get nil, and any children the full 20%.
Seems that mAlice still hasn't formally issued a court order to challenge the prenup, maybe Langois & Co, have jumped one step ahead in issuing the subpoenas? In a bit that their depositions will be enough for any judge to say "yeah this isnt going to court". All those lawyers will say, is that both parties were competent when signing, etc, etc. Malice has to prove she was not, or that it was negligence by her lawyer, and she doesn't have the money to do either 🤷🏼‍♀️
Langios confirmed the Ioan cannot afford the court case on the prenup, then judge has stated its not a wise move. So why has she at this late stage? Does she think he will buckle, not likely; or is she really that deluded (her and Janananaianana) that she thinks she's got a chance?
A question I'd love to know the answer to!

Back in 2021 on twitter (well before the Cons) she was claiming the prenup she signed had been changed ie IG defrauded her. So it was always her plan to contest the prenup but finding a lawyer prepared to do this was the hard part. As for the Cons, I would say they're not working out for the Con organizers. They thought they were going to make money off her lol. She gets paid a flat fee and expenses even if she doesn't sell many pics, autographs. Her diary is very empty for 2025.

ETA this was her venting on Reddit anonymously lol. She accepted the prenup here.

I call BS on the claim that the house was supposed to be transferred after 60 days. She had no credit, no money and the bank would've had to agree to agree to 50% their collateral being given away. They refinanced at some stage and it was still in his name alone. Either she is exceedingly stupid or she is just lying. I know which one I'm putting money on.

The thing I can’t help thinking about is that Alice isn’t paying the lawyers fees, she knows she isn’t getting any money from Ioan but she does get a lot of money from tabloids. Dragging out the divorce comes at no cost to her. But the benefits from her warped perspective are good. This is the most attention she has ever got, she is being paid and she gets to keep a claw in Ioan.

Judge Josh has to shut her down soon. I can see he has to demonstrate fairness and allow the law to play out. But I hope he can find a way to make it stop and to make Alice pay up front for her challenges.
