That's actually true, in most parts of LA you could not get a 1 bedroom apartment for less than $4,000 a month, and Alice lives in a 3 bedroom for $6,000.

She’s right for once, she is in the ghetto of Beverly Hills. I can not even imagine what she is going to have to downgrade to, no doubt a 2 bedroom in a very undesirable area of LA. I’d leave LA if I was in that position, she has no ties in LA, she doesn't work in the entertainment business, and the girls have no contact with Ioan.

Was Alice not able to filter these photos, she looks so old. Of course that granny hairstyle doesn't help, and the red lipstick is much too harsh, she looked better when she wore lighter lipstick.

I have questions as well. Does she think this is a negotiating tactic? This seems like an desperate attempt to shake down Ioan, at least to me. She's pushing the narrative that he and his attorney had malevolent intentions toward her, because being the smartest person in the room, she would never have signed it otherwise. It seems she's playing all the cards - she was misinformed, tricked, lied to, etc, etc, etc. In actuality, their prenup was hammered out by a respected lawyer, who covered all the bases, as good lawyers do, and copies were signed by both parties like a zillion times. Doesn't the basis for overturning a prenup have to have a legal justification, and not just be buyer's remorse? And is she going to get away, once again, with having Ioan pay for this train wreck?

She's trying. Maybe she thinks she's winning because she's turned his kids against him, and I'm sure that wounds him deeply.

I don't think Alice figured she was not only going to be immediately replaced, but that he'd upgrade to a much more loving alternative who is young, beautiful and self-sufficient. She's even horning in on Alice's acting turf. Alice can't compete, but fighting over the prenup is a Hail Mary she can exploit while she still has time.

I hope she asked if she was stupid when she signed the prenup, or if she's stupid now for believing it's not valid now.

mAlice don't care about any stupid 'basis'. It's her last attempt to fling tit at Ioan and she's going all out. Don't think she can sell this prenup story to the DM though as that's breaking the NDA but she would try to otherwise.
