Looking at the filing (thanks @Hiraeth) Langlois says some interesting things:
Ioan has paid $600,000 in fees to both sides’ attorneys Holy fuck!!
$90,000 left in the blocked account wholly as separate property which will probably be divided equally between Ioan and Alice. Holy fuck!!
Ioan overpaid child and spousal support by $400k and wants a mandatory credit for overpayment to be applied toward future support orders. GOOD!!
Not enough to conduct a trial on the premarital agreement. GOOD!!
He also requests to get a trial date on calendar as soon as possible so that everyone can get their final witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial briefs on file. GOOD!!
Janina says “my client is unable to pay her rent" LOL surprise surprise
