this was two hearings ago and at a trial setting where no orders are made. I wouldnt read much into it. I have the impression that he was a touch confused by what her lawyer says (like we were lol)

question: the minute order of this said that the judge gives the parties time till september 9 to settle if the prenup is valid. here it says if the prenup is contested it would add 3 more days to the trial, since nothing like this was scheduled so far can we assume that they actually agreed since then on this particular bit? (unlikely but its slightly confusing)

anyway, her arguments are literally insane. even if you follow her argument according to all sites their house lost a bit value in 2010/11, long after they married. Again, their use of empty plots is quite dishonest and morally questionable. And even then they clearly agreed that he gets his equity back, no matter which part of the prenup you cite. they earned 1.1m from the house sale after all, so more than he put in. It's a bit convenient to call it "our house" when there is money to distribute and "his lost investment" when there is apparently not lmao. Also, they agreed to give Ioan 400k of it in the stipulation last december, which was clearly a admission of its validity, and they agreed multiple times in filings to the prenup. It's frankly insane that they ever tried to walk back on this lmao.

I'm not going to tell you I have any legal experience, because that would be a lie. I did work with doctors for over a decade though, and I can tell you that when someone with that level of education decides to throw shade, they do it discretely.

All I'm going to say is "Get well" v's "It's always a pleasure to see you" absolutely sent me. 😂

Before anyone says it, I know he also said they were both excellent council, but he can hardly say "get this imbecile out of my court before I retire on compassionate grounds, for my own wellbeing". I think he's just giving them enough rope to hang themselves to be honest.
