I am edging towards her dragging this out and having another day in court. Even if she is sanctioned, she owes so much money atm why would she see this an obstacle. In the past she has settled to avoid court and she seemed to be intimidated by court. Not now, she has been dragged in front of a judge for the dvro breaches and she pushed Ella into court. IMO she had a whale of a time when she appeared a few weeks back. She dined off that performance for weeks. She also needs her court experience to maintain her victim cos play with the other bitter narc mums.

Rational thinking and self preservation won’t come into it. She has turned this divorce debacle into her opus performance and she has never had this much attention before. She won’t give it up. Expect to see the podgy face grinning inanely as she waddles into court dressed like a circus performer ready to make a complete twat of herself all over again with phone in hand. Because in her mind she is sleek and sophisticated walking determinedly to face her dastardly persecutors and the malign court system with pluck and spirit whilst the masses clap her on.

I do agree with you but it's fairly obvious that if they do go to trial she will get out of this with nothing (owing spousal support overpayments, owing money from the house sale, getting sanctioned etc.). If you settle the other side usually is willing to compromise on what they are entitled to because they save money plus the small likehod of a judge making weird decisions. But of course by now it's pretty obvious that the compromise Ioan's side will be willing to take will be pretty low, just doing the trial is cheaper at some point for him. And Alice has not given Ioan any reason to be extra generous.

I agree she will use the court for crazy stunts in the future though. it's guaranteed attention that she craves for.

Thank you! Yes, she’s a thriving little pixie (currently staring at me calmly as we sit here feeding at 4am, GO BACK TO SLEEP YOU TINY MONSTER) and I am feeling really good! Cant claim to be as good a mum as Alice though, because I let my husband take the baby for cuddles and bonding sometimes. Shocking!

Was there an annual offer of 300k proposed many moons ago by Yo that she refused?

I’d be tempted to take this to court and not settle if I was Yo but depends whether he wants this to be over or whether he can be bothered to hang her out to dry after all her disgusting antics over the past four years.

That was never officially confirmed as it came via Deb who got it from that notorious liar Alice.* Now people are treating it as fact somehow lol when it was only in IG's court documents as an Alice rant/fever dream. I file it under More Bullshit from Alice. Has anyone thought how and why he would give her so much? Is it going to be Monopoly money?? Has he lost his mind completely?? She already got $400k from him she wasn't entitled to and the Watts and Epstein credits she owes haven't been factored in.

She is currently on $54k p.a. from him and that is likely to be reduced if spousal is written off. If that happens she will be on $36k p.a. from him. Good.

Even she knew that was never going to happen. She knew Deb and Lin were gullible and got a thrill from deceiving them. They used to believe everything she said.

*ETA Alice demanded it lol. It's about as realistic as Ioan living in her garage and helping Alice with her J Lo audition tape.

she also said "you will have to come up with almost double of what you are offering", so he was at least offering something over 150k, close to 200k. maybe even more if she increased her demands since then (those messages were months apart)

I think it's quite possible he indeed offered 300k. It matches up with her own messages to him and is less than what he paid the first year of separation. There is no reason why Alice would overstate what he offers. keep in mind that the alleged offer was 150k per child and 100k lump sum in spousal support (less than she is entitled but when you negotiate that doesnt matter), so he was trying to ensure that she gets paid well while the children are small and then he is free of her. so it's not such a crazy offer, especially since he was earning well at the time.

obviously now that Alice murdered his career and bled him dry those numbers a work of fiction.
