And also because she is very ‘extra’ in everything she does due to the feeling of inadequacy/insecurity. Purses need to be embellished. Her belts must rival the size of world wrestling championship belts. Scarves must be the size of horse blanket. Everything must be over-dramatized.

On the 5 stages of grief, she is clearly stuck at stage 2 Anger. As it has taken 4 years to only get to stage 2, we are going to be here for a while.

She's a perpetual "victim". Someone who won't acknowledge they have any agency and control in their own life. Yes, sometimes bad things happen beyond our control but we choose how to react to and deal with those things. Alice has made all the wrong choices.
