I thought everyone has to physically attend tomorrow? Imagine, she's the one that has called this hearing, and doesn't rock up, are this moment I couldn't call it as to whether she will go, or go and have some form of panic attack. But if she doesn't go, and doesn't have a real excuse, like she's currently in hospital, then I would have thought it would look very bad, and not reflect well on her at all. I mean she's been filing a load of old crap as it is, asking how much he spent on a engagement ring ffs! In effect wasting the courts time, and then to not turn up, I think JJ will be extremely unhappy! I hope that they would proceed in her absence (like the RO) in any event.

Courts hate this kind of tit in parental disputes over kids. Rule no. 1 is never refer to the children as YOUR children solely. My ex likes to pretend that he's the lord and saviour of our children and the bestest most wonderful parent there is, including being the only decent one. Except he sees one for about 4 days a month and the other he can go months without seeing. He'll refer to them as HIS kids completely ignoring the fact they live with me. When dealing with him, I always refer to "our children" because even though he's a massive prick, he's still their dad. Alice can try and pretend she owns the children but I bet my life savings when those kids are older they'll be the ones no contacting with her when they discover what she did to Ioan.

I hear ya. It's 6:15pm here in the west but the sun hasn't even risen on Monday morning in LA yet! All the drama will go down when I'm sleeping overnight (which I have to do for work in the morning).

I'll be thinking of you while waiting to see if Alice shows, if she kicks off, if she nearly almost dies from a serious medical event, if all the waaambulances are coincidentally busy at that time...

If it wasn’t for Ioan’s money there would be no food on the table, no Ubers, no restaurant meals, no Panda Express, no heating or air con, and no roof over their head. The Abuser has contributed nothing to their well being and life, apart from being a nine month hotel. In fact she is doing her very best to destroy them, and their future.

She wants money & she wants it now. I’d be very surprised if she doesn’t show this time. This is also the only real opportunity she’ll get to see Ioan in person, I don’t think she would let that pass.

And she will see him looking hotter than ever. Whatever kinetic energy Bianca has, it’s certainly worked wonders on him.

And he will see her and be like, WTF was I thinking?

I think this highlights just how misleading a photo can be, especially those posted on line. I doubt this was ever a happy family in the way we all define happiness. Alice is an abuser. She was always an abuser and there is no sliding door moment in her adult life that made her that way. She simply doesn’t have the ability to be truthful or empathetic. The people who post here who experienced her on the old fan sites and IMDb confirm she was lying and deceiving, grooming and manipulating people before she even got married or had children.

There is no doubt in my mind that she was coercing and abusing Ioan throughout their relationship and that she did the same thing to the children once they were borne. The girls relationship with Ioan would have been defined by Alice to get what she wanted from him. To keep him on the hook and bound to her and also to keep him on his toes. Nothing changed her or made her worse. This is how she always was and she should never have been a mother or a wife. The die was cast for Ioan the minute he got involved with her and had children with her. Nothing he did or didn’t do would ever have changed how she reacted when he left her or had children with her.

The “if only she would” are pointless with her. She is what she is and she won’t change. She is incapable of change. The idea that she could grow her empathy is as impossible as the idea someone can grow another leg.

So true. I can’t understand all the ‘she could do this or that’. She can’t do a damn thing with her personality, it prevents any kind of change. She’s even stuck with that fake British laugh that sounds like a COPD attack. She couldn’t change if she wanted to. Alice will carry on as she is until the bottom falls out.
