Interesting wording by Alice in her comment here ( tried to bring from last thread, not sure if I will be successful), where they are talking in the comments again about how the driverless car knows its the right passenger and Alice says "Ella usually does that" ( referring to entering the release code). Thus again confirming these cars are a regular mode of transport for the poverty-stricken Evanses. Ella again in the role of adult here, sitting up front instead of back and likely ordered the ride and booked the restaurant too.

Even though it’s Alice and we should know there is no limit to her hypocrisy and sheer gall, I am still astounded that she’s all up OMB’s butt pretending to be fighting against Ioan having custody, implying he’s an abuser, while simultaneously playing innocent on her own IG, claiming that all she wants is for him to be in the kids’ lives—after thoroughly alienating them and erupting all over social media for years that he’d only get the kids over her dead body.

On a different but related topic, I find it so frustrating that the US family court system is woefully unequipped to rein in malignant narcissists. The laws and procedures are written assuming that people are going to be reasonable. But there’s always that 1% of the population (or whatever percentage they represent), who are going to exploit every single loophole available, and there just aren’t enough formal mechanisms in the process to stop these cunts from doing so, or force them to face any repercussions. There just need to be better guardrails, and stronger consequences for things like failing to comply with discovery.

I also would have preferred to see Ioan’s team include more of the Daily Mail articles as part of a filing, to show that Alice is violating the DVRO and the divorce gag order by feeding negative info about Ioan to Boshoff. I know he included the bit about Boshoff, but they didn’t include the detailed breakdown of exactly what time Boshoff’s article was published vs what time the court documents were posted, to prove that “someone” must have leaked them to Boshoff ahead of time. And they didn’t explicitly raise this issue in order to object to the custody stipulation remaining unsealed.

I would have liked to see Ioan’s lawyers include one or two Boshoff articles in their entirety, with timelines, and spell out exactly what we all expect to happen if anything is unsealed in the custody stipulation—that the documents are going straight to Boshoff, for yet another anti-Ioan Fail headline. They let Alice off easy, again, by not nailing her to the wall over her tantrum about sealing the stipulation. Because there‘s not a single reason that it benefits either of those kids to have any part of that stipulation unsealed. Alice has wasted months of time, and most of Janina’s retainer, fighting to keep it unsealed to benefit herself at the expense of her kids.
 
I don't think Alice has to be in court in person tomorrow. I recall her attorney filing remote only appearances for all future hearings. She has to be at the evidentiary hearing in person because she's a witness. I believe tomorrow is to hear the RFO for support and the trial setting conference to set a date for the evidentiary hearing. I think she will be remote for both.

The frustrating thing for me is if it all hits the fan it will be our time tomorrow and I have appointments!! One of which is the doctor's and I don't think she'll be too impressed if I take my snacks along with me. The other thing is she's almost always running late and if she catches me rolling around on the floor tits akimbo laughing and laughing and laughing at my phone, she might put me in a padded cell for a bit. Which come to think of it would actually be quite nice.
