What is intriguing to me...as someone who only joined this party less than a year ago...is that she keeps bleating on about 'revealing all' and how 'people will change their minds when the TRUTH comes out'...WTF is she on about? What is she trying to imply? That Ioan abused the kids?

I find it hard to believe that Alice wouldn't have trotted that one out long ago...why wait til now?

not to mention they had the chance to do it when they filed a RO against him, and yet it was a big pile of nothing.

when the kids filed the RO Tone shouted "finally, the truth is out" when this incident had nothing to do with anything that may have happened the years before it when Alice made those promises.

It looks to me like their plan all along was to create a abuse scenario to retcon her story since her behavior can only be remotely explained if Ioan is extremely abusive (something she has contradicted herself). Since Ioan has been careful to have witnesse the plan has failed. That's why she asks for unsupervised stuff.

I reckon their plan B is stealing stories from the OMB page and sell them as her own as legal or financial abuse or something. Either way "her truth" is being a victim

I’m so behind but saw her latest insta and I highly doubt E had “the best birthday ever” going to dinner with her mother and sister. No offence. But with the birthday parties my eldest (big Es age) has been going to all summer? And the fact we regularly go to restaurants together , that would be an UDDERLY UDDERLY boring birthday for a teenager these days. Glad her lazy bint of a mother did something to mark it though and I hope she was given some really cool presents.
Ella, I hope you know how much your dad loves you and fought for you and that you can reach out to him anytime of your own volition, (not when mommy dearest schemes with you) but when you truly want and need him, he will be there with open arms. I hope one day, you read all the court documents and see how hard he fought for you and your sister. And realise the lengths your mother went to to stop you having a relationship with him. Purely out of her own hateful revenge. You can end all this simply by speaking out and telling the truth about what you have had to endure with your mother. We are all rooting for you here. Happy birthday 🎂
 
While I don’t begrudge Ella an nice meal on her birthday, this is quite the splash of cash if this is the restaurant that they went to for being poor and all
I should add, I think the menu is actually reasonably priced but for 3 people it had to add up

Adding in that I have a massive feeling of deja vu again. How many times within the past few years we have been looking forward to court, hoping for some sort of reasonable solution/outcome, relief for the children, and comeuppance for the Abuser?
Instead it all has been anticlimactic and kind of fizzled out. Her criminal charges in March (?) 2023, Dupee's report, and so on.

I feel disappointed in the US court system. That someone, who is not that smart yet somewhat cunning can play it and use it as a tool for further abuse. And she is not being held accountable for all the abuse and harassment and stalking and stealing and wire fraud.

That someone who is devoid of any maternal instincts and decency is allowed to destroy her children and nothing has been done.

Please tell me, @Hiraeth that there is hope that eventually the Abuser will be made responsible for her own litigation costs (and perhaps sanctioned for the many reasons she could be sanctioned for)?

And I am thinking that when someone like me who is not involved, who does not think of Alice during the time I am not here on the forums and who follows this case just out of a strange therapeutic need to see some justice (having suffered due to my own narc mother and witnessed a close friend being abused by such woman) and because I have become very fond of the community that has formed over here (would be an excellent subject for anthropological fieldwork!) feels disheartened by the legal abuse that is tolerated by the system, then how would Ioan feel? I am so very sorry for him...

And I fear that come Tuesday (in Europe) there will be no progress and the same old thing continues...

Wait till the kids see through her. That will be justice. And it will come. They are both bright. It will hurt them, unbearably, but not as much as it will hurt Malice when they go NC. She's gonna have a lonely dotage. The kids stand to have a good life and find partners who show them what love is.

It's a treat to go out to eat and I hope Ella got to pick the restaurant and the girls enjoyed themselves. Hope mom made a night of it and took the girls to the AMC 15 down the street to see Beetlejuice or maybe Deadpool, because it's always fun to go the movies on your birthday.
 
Can't afford Big E's school supplies but CAN afford a $120-$170 (Waymo RT and dinner for 3) night out for Big E's birthday?

I'm sure she'll say someone sent her the money to cover herself. And I don't begrudge her wanting to make it a nice birthday given the circumstances.

But...

Such bad optics when you're pleading abject poverty and allowing a hardworking mom to cover what you could have paid yourself.

She says she drove E to school and Alice never lies. I stand by my earlier comment of either no license or no car. That woman isn't voluntarily walking anywhere.
