I'm a tenants rights gal. Many years ago I went to court for two different friends in rent control apartments who couldn't afford an attorney to advocate for them against a shady landlord that was trying to evict them. Both friends won. I came prepared and certainly learned a lot in the process.

So, I don't care who you are or if I like you. If you're a tenant and in any way your rights are being violated or services are withheld, I'm going to tell you to fight like hell to get what you are legally entitled to by law.

And if you live in Beverly Hills?

He's come a long way from here though, where he looked quite frail. Both he and Bianca have come a long way since these intrusive photos were taken in November 2021:

Not a flattering pic of either of them. Ioan does look frail ....and his hair🙈 Bianca has really had a glow up since then - she looked like a mousy librarian with the short hair and glasses in that photo. Now she is all glossy hair, refined bone structure and va-va-voom!🙈
ETA, but neither of them come close to how bad Alice looks in her recent pap photos. She really has let herself go horribly

I read that women gambling addicts do it online and often nobody knows about it.

Anyway my central AC is still dripping buckets and it’s still switched on. The water drips from the panels under the main system usually in a bathroom ceiling so you just stick buckets under it till the technician comes out. It’s quite a common problem with these systems it’s from the humidity in the air.

I'm sure she still looks like a mousy librarian some days, slumming around the flat in joggers and glasses without doing her hair just like the rest of us, not making an effort every single day.

If she has got an online gambling addiction I hope it was through obsessively playing on for cash app games where she was playing night and day trying to see Baby Angel’s Royal Kingdom Ad as the RO prevented her from stalking him in real life 💅

They got Chris Evans to come back as Johnny so it's possible. Not sure how Pedro will play him but it has to be better than John Krasinski who everyone wanted then when he did the cameo in MoM, it wasn't as good as they thought it was gonna be.

I would love this to come off for him. The fans have long wanted him to return and if this ever did happen (and there’s always many rumours I think about it!) but if it does it would definitely be a good payday for him. For sure. And Alice would LOSE HER SHIT if it happened.
