oh btw I very much look forward to Alice no longer lamenting about how Ioan isnt telling his kids what is going on in his life before anyone else (which was very natural to begin with since she has estranged them from him for years now, I mean what was she expecting after Ioan tells the kids that he got engaged to the woman they tried to get deported? she would have screamed murder for telling them such a devastating news) now that he has given them their wish and walked away. It's really wanting the cake and eat it. She wants the kids estranged from him but she still wants to know all about his life and weaponise it accordingly, that's the only reason why she asks what he spends his money on although he never claimed that he cant pay support (as opposite to Alice who keeps claiming she needs more money for basic needs) and although it's completely irrelevant to how much support she will be granted.

For all these lies, they should simply ask her in front of the judge, "Do you have proof to back up this statement, Malice?" over and over again.
 
I’m still in the last thread but is Alice trying to get them to say which poster here is Bianca? I hope Ioan’s attorney throws it back saying which one are you, Alice? She probably would have signed up for an account here at that time because it was open. She’s too adhd-like tendencies to remember where she left off and as we know- being signed in brings you to the last page you read.

Also- didn’t she most likely read about Bianca on here and then called him. I’m sure they have the time stamped messages. 🙄🙄🙄

I believe that Ioan went to court to get an order to sell the house in December 2022 (almost 2 years after he moved out) because he was behind on the payments and bills and had to borrow $6000 from his parents to prevent foreclosure (Alice of course had not paid any bills). The sale went through about Jan/Feb of 2023.

Surely what he spends money on is irrelevant? Just his income is used for calculations. I cannot believe the nerve to ask what the engagement ring cost!!!!!! None of ya business ya malignant bleep!!

I think the fact that her own fans she talked to called it a panic attack and so did Ioan gives it away a bit that she is slightly exagerating here. I don't doubt that she has medical issues because she ticks off all the boxes for these kind of issues, but I reckon she wouldn't have called the ambulance if that was at home and instead went to the doctor. That coincidence is a bit too convenient here.

It’s all In her head, remember the fibro that had her bed bound? Not a single mention of it since this separation moved to court. Remember the months she spent on insta with people sharing their medical issues with her & her saying oh I have that too? Remember the huge number of doctors she mentioned dealing with over the last few years for her various ailments all of which were her reasons for being unable to work until all of this went to court. Not a single mention of illness since, all of a sudden her girls became her sole reason for not being able to work. She knows there isn’t a trace of evidence to back her up so she shut up about it all. I’d love to see the paramedics report from the recent episode, I doubt she made it as far as a hospital, there’s no one to mind her babies!

According to her there are these following options you can interpret into what Ioan's seperate property is (I mean fair enough if this is how you read it)
a) 750k
b) 750k plus interests
c) 580k (i btw think she is gently ommitting here the "home improvement" bit in calculating that difference, but what do I know)

So her conclusion is "Ioan has zero seperate property" (but she insists that Alice totally never agreed to the prenup being valid although she agreed to it twice and although she agreed to distribute the house money mostly to him which implies that she agrees with it, how weird) - what kind of logic is this? :ROFLMAO:

Isn't it more of a case of 'some plots in another road sold for 900k therefore our house was in negative equity when we married so he gets zero of his house deposit back and the $2.8million he had? Well I spent that already on ebay and plastic surgery.'

Sue the lawyer who advised you independently on the prenup Alice if you think the value of the house was wrongly stated in the document.

The hypertension episode does seem like the usual over exaggerated bullshit. Always the drama with this witch.
That said, I don’t think anyone could say she looks healthy. She looks like a classic chronic boozer (if you know one, you’ll recognise the signs), she has zero muscle tone (so god knows why she has a gym subscription), her skin often looks raw and angry. And with her genetics, you’d think she’d be a bit more mindful of her health, but she’s so obsessively dead set on destroying Ioan that she has nothing left in the arsenal for anyone or anything else.

She mentions again that her mum died of a heart attack at the tender age of 60. Leaving her, a mere 30 year old woman orphaned and destitute.

I am 💯 sure she tells those girls she has a life threatening heart condition and that she uses her Apple Watch high HR notification on the app to trick them into believing it’s true. I genuinely belive that.

(If you have it switched on it buzzes and a big red heart comes flashing on the screen when your HR is over 100 at rest for 10 mins it’s quite alarming looking but it’s a fat load of nothing)

I bet she will say "but Ioan asks what I spend my money on too" - yes, because you keep claiming you have no money for basic needs and then you use that narrative to shame him online as if it's somehow his fault.

The bit about the engagement ring (how should he propose, with a Rocher?) should honestly be framed and posted every time Alice says she moved on.
