•The thread began innocuously enough before Mad Betty noticed how far back some of Alice’s likes and comments go on some accounts particularly One Moms Battle

•I then, unsolicited, did a deep dive into her followers and some her activity on their accounts. Ugh

•She’s glommed onto a few courts/judges/GALS are antimom/corrupt/proabuser accounts, thinking she had found a community

•They by and large paid no attention to her. Maybe they took a quick glance at her page, or maybe they googled her. Maybe her BS got lost in a sea of comments of people with their own problems that they weren’t the sole cause of.

•Bianca broke her insta silence for her birthday with a cute photo dump on her grid

•There were also some stories from Bianca, a seal making it shore, some birthday reposts and shot of some flowers that appear to be from ‘production’ but we don’t know which one (maybe both) is filming

•Alice can’t believe that Bianca has stolen her August birthday month too

•Alice made a reappearance on her own insta with a really depressing and mean video re a small dog (dog is ok) claiming it makes her laugh and cheers her up

•Alice then posted a collection of cartoon photos with a back to school theme

•The next morning Alice posted a very revealing back to school post including too much information about where one of the girls attends

•A bombshell filing by Alice requesting an emergency order was not what we expected. Alice is to be deposed on Thursday, her chance to finally reveal her truth of what went on, where she’s totally not gagged.

•The emergency order is basically asking to delay the deposition until a protective order is heard that might prevent the scope of what Alice can be deposed on

•I asked us all to spare a thought for the tattlers on the Katie price thread. I knew it was coming but we should have been praying for ourselves instead. Oh Lord do please help us to keep up.

•The thread hasn’t closed and it’s still active and now we have a ruling from the judge good gravy I need someone to hold me.

•The judge ruled against Alice and she is ordered to appear for her deposition on Thursday

I would LOVE to be a fly on the wall at her deposition she will be squirming sooo bad.

I think if she does end up going she will take the kids with her to try and ensure Ioan's lawyers go easy on her or at the very least Ella.

How is so brazen on her Instagram when it's clear from the court docs she is an unemployed, abusive liar? She is the worst person I have ever seen on social media and I am not easily shocked but WOW she is a truly horrible person.

Sure thing! Basically, Judge Josh reviewed the filings in his chambers (there was no public hearing or argument), and ruled that the proper document to stay the deposition wasn't filed (even though Janina said it was but the clerk was reviewing it). So, he denied Alice's request (but also protected himself by saying that if the proper filing has indeed been made, the proper filing may stop the deposition automatically ("by operation of law") and this order doesn't apply).

He also seems to agree with Langlois at the end that the issues about which Janina is twisting herself into a pretzel trying to fit into "child custody" (statements to the children and statements to the media/third parties) have more general relevance, and it's likely that Langlois will be able to ask about them during the deposition.
