So, mAlice said on financial documents that she spends 3k a month on utilities; yet here she confirms 400 quid, bit of a difference! Or was she just trying to get her overdue amount paid? As that looks like to me she hasn't paid a bill in 8mths.
Usually here a final notice, means the whole amount, you had a chance to call and sort out repayments, but probably just ignored the bills, like she does the others. Why didnt she just set up a direct debit, it's not like she hasn't had money coming in (via Ioan, stashed money).

Also, have an idea for you malice: this bit about the a shorter reference number, maybe she should remove the "700" from the start of the reference number? Then it's shorter and starts with an 8
Or call up and pretend to be a new customer, that usually gets you through.

She's trying to show that her utilities are indeed $3000/month but the bill clearly states past due arrears. So she has received at least 3 previous notices since that is a final notice. Given that your bill goes out once a month and you will still have service until they disconnect, we are looking at services plus late fees for about 6 months? God... She is such a dumb f...k.
