This is the route apparently. The site doesn't give a day by day itinerary, so I'm so sorry for you Tattler's who were dying to get out there and cheer him on😂.

Regenerate, joined by some amazing volunteers and celebrity YouTubers (including Alfie Deyes and Fun for Louis) will be Kayaking the full length of the River Thames. Starting at the source near Cricklade, the team will kayak over ten days, paddling 215 miles through Reading, Oxford, Windsor, Putney, and Westminster, ending at Southend pier in the North Sea

Might take the dog to Southend for the day, see how Alfie’s looking after 10 days of camping.
 
Haha no updates from Alfie but if you watch Steve’s live in insta you can see Alfie behind him half arsed doing it 😂

Also just said they are hoping to do the channel crossing too still... 😂

They are currently making a big ho-har about some ‘rapids’ if you think that’s choppy good luck on the channel lads

I can't believe Alfie hasn't even raised 1/4 of his goal of £2000. People where I live raise more than that for their gap year holidays, let alone being a 'massive' influencer. I think this truly shows how irrelevant Alfie is, I love it! ☕ It's a shame for the charity though, I hope he puts some of his money in to get it to the goal for them (y)

He could put the £2000 in and not worry about the cash, he probably spent that on his half pipe. He’s pathetic.
 
Been lurking since the GG days as seeing Alfie become nothing is funny.
So I'm not a stalker but I live a few miles from where I thought they'd be today and took the doggie for a River walk that I often do. Hippie Jamie Oliver was way way out in front by half an hour chatting to a member of staff while occasionally paddling. Steve had just set of and was talking to someone that wasn't Alfie. Louis was strutting around in the pub garden and what I think was alife was just sat on his own by the riverbank. Must have been 20 odd canoes and loads of members of staff. I counted 5 just at the backup vans giving giving them refreshments and food. Loads more on the water. This must be an expensive trip if they paid for it themselves. Louis's logo was on the vans - is he gaining financially from this? Even this close to the source the current was reasonably strong so a stroke every 20 seconds to go jogging speed.

Sounds like they are a bunch of hooray Henry’s, pissing away charity’s money by having an extremely expensive charity ride but not actually making much money or even awareness for the charity.

Alfie mentioned this weeks ago, why’s he not been mentioning the charity or how to donate at every opportunity. Reeks of him and his mates wanting a new temporary hobby and approaching the charity to me
 
It just shows you how bad Alfie is at his job as an ‘influencer’ if people don’t know what the charity is about or how to donate.

I think the lack of posts is because he’s miserable and having an awful time— his facial expressions in those IG stories don’t lie. He’s realizing he’s way in over his head. This is probably the most exercise he’s ever done in his life. I knew getting expensive gear and him not preparing at all was going to be his detriment. What an idiot.

I think, by this, he means go sponsor him🤔🙄. He's a lazy arse. He can't even be bothered to explain himself or give a bit of information about the charity🙄. Unless the camera cut the bit off before it.

"a full on proper shop" where he had so much fun meeting people.. riiiight because in the pictures he's inserted, there's literally only one or two people in there at a time.

Re the charity kayak, he's all " I haven't put much time into training, but I feel like.. just make it work, there's no other option" so how's about the time you got seasick out there, did you make it work then?

It's so cringeworthy how he only copies his friends, he's trying to wear the same style sunglasses they do. Well you all look like martians, so glad you got that sorted.

He compares paddling to 'making a soup'. what?
 
It's crap saying they had no phone battery, they probably set off from the campsite with a pub this morning and stopped for a long time at another pub not that far away. Would have been easy to get charge. Only saw them for a short bit but all Alfie's friends were managing fine socialising with other people. I don't think Alfie knows how to as he's not had a job. I think he'll struggle to mix in with the group and chat to new people. They weren't paddling in a one big group together but very spread out.
