The dress she's wearing in Hayleys stories looks like a 1980s bridesmaid dress. Its bloody awful.
yet another example of Alex wearing huge, baggy outfits that disguise and conceal her body. whether she's losing weight or not, she seems to be feeling incredibly insecure about her body, which is very much part of an eating disorder - but compared to the dresses she was wearing this time last year, it's a huge contrast in style. i don't think it's that she likes the dress, or the oversized, baggy outfits she has been wearing recently, so much as she feels. more. comfortable in them because she doesn't have to deal with the body image issues that have evidently re-emerged. totally her decision and would have empathy towards her, because eating disorders are awful, cruel illnesses - but i don't, simply because she is using it as an opportunity to trigger her vulnerable followers and refuses to take responsibility for doing so. 🤷🏻‍♂️

ah, so now she's made a point of highlighting that she managed to buy herself that prada denim jacket that she didn't want to draw attention to, i see she's taking every opportunity to share photos of herself wearing it. quite a leap from not wanting to brag about it due to her privilege and the current financial climate to "ah duck it, everyone knows i didn't struggle to buy myself a designer jacket the moment i fancied it - may as well make the most of rubbing it in their faces!" and honestly, her wearing that jacket didn't bother me until she made it into such a huge deal worthy of an" announcement! "🤣 🤣

This man deserve a medal.

i wish she would duck off wearing that prada denim jacket in every single photo! so much for her decision not to rub her privilege in everyone's faces! 🙄🙄

equally, advising exercise as a tactic to deal with a bad body image day. sure, she can claim it's because it helps remind her of what her body is capable and distracts her from her appearance, but again, she knows damn well that many of her followers struggle with disordered eating thus potentially have a complex relationship with exercise, and suggesting they engage in compensatory behaviours as a way to deal with struggling with bad body image is hardly helpful, and potentially fuels further self-destructive behaviours. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I was thinking the same, I never had an eating disorder so I'm not an expert on the topic but surely telling someone who struggle with body image to focus on exercising is not a good idea ?
yeah, it really isn't. she is incredibly irresponsible handing out advice would could easily reinforce disordered behaviours and place her vulnerable followers at risk. i don't care if Alex struggled with exercise as part of her ED or not, because it's entirely irrelevant. the fact remains that she knows many of her followers struggle with eating disorders and body image issues, and encouraging people who are potentially restricting their food intake/malnourished etc to exercise to feel better about their body is incredibly damaging. 😡

God knows. I am also recovered from a long term eating disorder. I do not consider myself qualified to dish out advice
i'm not yet receivers, but i think it says a hell of a lot that neither of us deem ourselves experts on eating disorder recovery, and certainly wouldn't hand out generalised arbitrary advice on a huge public platform when it could be so bleeping dangerous. not only is Alex very obviously not in recovery from her eating disorder, she doesn't seem to acknowledge the fact that the illness and the recovery process is different for each individual sufferer. advising people to engage in exercise to help them cope when they are struggling with their body image is totally irresponsible, and could place some of her followers at serious risk. it's exactly the same as her recently talking in great depth about anti-depressants and withdrawal, with details. of dosage and naming the exact medications she was taking - she absolutely does not have the qualifications to be talking about meds and withdrawal to a vulnerable audience, many of whom likely do take medication for their mental health. regardless of her own experience, she isn't an expert on anything related to mental illness and especially when she's quite clearly in the midst of a relapse, she clearly doesn't have the ability to think rationally about what she's posting - or she wouldn't be filling her grid with triggering low weight photos - so it's appalling she is even attempting to hand out advice, knowing damn well that sharing what may have helped her could easily be harmful to others. 😔

She’s said if before she basically doesn’t give a tit if she triggers anyone else! She does insta for money and attention. She wants people to love her and be inspired to be her in what ever form she shows at the current time.
her book looks like a joke. Everything is wrapped in this wonderful self love bow but actually she’s the one that needs help

She's all about the sales! I'm curious as to why she thinks she is above the rules when it comes to marking the things she is flogging as an ad. That whole reel advertising her book should've been marked as an ad 🙄

equally why she believes she is above the rules in terms of proudly posting blatant pro ana content on a supposedly body positive/recovery-focused platform, where she regularly calls out the body image ideals of the 90s which contributed to triggering her own eating disorder - yet she seems it totally acceptable to promote eating disorders and share knowingly-triggering content on a platform she has built of vulnerable people who struggle with body image issues and their relationship with food. she is truly vile. she wouldn't have the successful career she currently has, or have had a book published if not for the support of her followers, yet she's totally throwing it back in their faces by knowingly placing them at risk and giving absolutely zero fucks. 😡

Hey Alex? Stop trying to make minge happen. It’s not going to happen.

You got a fringe cut in, fucked about with it, had your mother duck about with it some more, and then gave it a stupid name, all for content. For the love of God, let it die.
This might be just an Irish thing... but minge is slang for vagina over here so I die laughing every time she says it 🤣😂🙊
