Can he really be that clueless, or is he playing up the tax thing for engagement among his elderly shut-in fanbase?

He mentions that he thought property taxes were like sales tax, where you just pay it once when you buy an item.

If this is accurate, then either a) he has no idea how much he paid for his place or b) his ditzy realtor added on 7%, telling him it was "property tax" and then just pocketed it. Either option is hilarious to me.

I guess Woo didn't realize that low sales tax and no state income tax means the state has to generate tax revenue from somewhere else.

Also, this is comedic gold:

What a dipshit excuse that the HOA covers "some" of those things. What about the other things, David??? Are you going to call your HOA when your house is on fire?

"It's an errand day" he says, basically telling the audience that he couldn't care less about his content and he knows that 30k will watch paint dry if he decides to upload a video of paint drying.

And of course the "errand day" vlog is somehow longer than the recent backroads, Swampfest and rodeo vlogs.

Adam confesses that he's dreading the summer weather and will "probably" just travel all summer to avoid it. Nothing like buying a home where you don't want to be for 6 months out of the year!

Now he's saying he has "nostalgia" for living on Market Street. How anyone can watch a clock and think it's exciting, I'll never know but I'll refer you to my paint drying comment above.

BIG FITBYFIFTY NEWS!

He's signed up for something that will get him even more motivated, but he can't talk about it for a few weeks. 😂 He's so motivated now , what could possibly make him even more motivated??? 😂

Also, big news in Celebration, there's a small patch of new concrete in a side alley near a parking lot. What would we do without these amazing updates?

It's beyond parody that he complains about property taxes being charged every year on the same day he's going to get his public library card 😂
He's like a 4yo trying to understand taxes and what they pay for.

Adam says he will one day take up golf because it's low key and quiet like baseball. As an adult he's never played any form of recreational sport like a community baseball or softball league. Why would he start playing golf? He says he was ok at mini golf, so maybe he'd be good at golf 😂

Adam again mentions that walking helps his cardio, which isn't correct - it's exercise, it's good, but unless you're really putting effort in to walking very briskly, it's not going to do much of anything to improve your cardio. If you can make sense of the word salad about tennis, pickle ball and basketball, you're better than I.

Adam buys what he calls a "coin purse" from Starbucks, he then describes the graphic as a "tape deck" (it's a cassette tape, not a tape deck), and then describes in detail what such a thing would be used for. I think it might be a small ladies wallet/make-up type thing, but don't tell Adam.

He once again uses the term "cult-de-sac" 🥴

Adam claims he's "very happy with a lot of things right now". He then claims this 32 minute vlog is "short and sweet", so he's deluded on all fronts.

In case you haven't noticed, Adam seems to have some mental block about renting vs owning, one that isn't connected to reality. He believes owning this house "opens up opportunities" for content (still waiting on that one), and in general he seems to feel more a part of the community, which inspires him to finally do things like get a library card. Just like he refused to cook in every apartment he's lived in, and now suddenly he owns the house and will finally cook (although what he does so far isn't cooking in any way, shape or form, but he believes he's "cooking").

Big kudos to you, @dirtnap101 for watching the videos so I don't have to! You deserve some sort of medal for taking one for the team that way!

Yikes, quite the property tax bite, and yes David, in Florida you pay them each and every year until your "passing" that's why only death and taxes are the sure certainties of life, you bilious benighted blowhard buffoon:

And this gem from his rabid stans speaks volumes about a portion of his wingnut "common law" audience:

Insert your own eye-roll gif here as you ponder the type of naive sheltered bible-cult existence this dummy has lived. Maybe if he had gone to the library or used the internet he could have found out about Property Taxes in Florida before overpaying for a stupid condo where he doesn't even "own" the land!. Taxes in Florida go out in October and there is even a slight discount if you pay them early, and they become delinquent if unpaid by May. He also needs to file for Homestead Exemption. Oh and then there's HOA too, but on the bright side for him it looks like he paid (overpaid by $100K) cash so he is not obligated by a lender to also have property insurance. Better keep that porch ship shape lest you become liable for any accidents there, David. I hope he blabs in April about Federal Income Taxes and explains again how it's legal to deduct everything because of his vlogger business. It doesn't work that way! He is going to get audited, and if he does at least it would be some red meat topic to throw to his knuckle dragging peanut gallery stans. Honestly. He's so stupid. 🤪

I am only aware of property taxes in my home city but I'm curious, the way he talked about it does that mean he bought the house outright? I've refinanced a couple times and every time my bank has required me to keep escrow with them despite trying to get my taxes/insurance into my own hands. Never once have I had to talk to the PVA/tax assessor to set up the account. The bank did it all for me.

My shortfall this year was way over a single house payment because of "the housing crisis." I talked to the PVA and got the value down a bit but he sounded really upset about the city's average home prices almost doubling in 4 years... real upset .

The way he's pinning comments I don't know if he agrees with those people or is trying bait engagement. This one was a doozy, real "they took yer jerb!" energy.

By all indications, yes, a guy who calls himself Adam the Woo plunked down $600k in cash for a home/fees/closing costs. Then he bought a bunch of gym equipment, new furniture and decor, and then a 17k golf cart. In the 2-3 years before he did this, he bought $130k in DVC points that he apparently now has no use for because it's coming up on 6 months since he used any for a stay.

Mind-boggling, isn't it?
---
Some baseball fans prepare for the season by watching some of the many old actual baseball games you can find on YouTube or streaming services. Adam watches baseball movies but only from the 80s and 90s of course.

The way he's off-handedly complained about money it really is mind boggling. He must really have a lot saved up as well to plan on retiring this year.

Which speaking of, if he plans on spinning down at the end of this year surely he must have spoken to a planner. I mean, to be ignorant of tax structures and other lifelong obligations could be detrimental if he doesn't have the 12 year gap to social security (and beyond) planned out.

He has to be playing 4d chess for engagement or something... (don't take me too serious on the last sentence)

And think about it - after he laid out all that cash the past 3-4 years, he says he only needs to keep doing daily vlogs (a/k/a money makers) for 2024 and then he can stop because he will then be all set for "retirement".

So, any time he'll watch The Bad News Bears Go To Japan. As he eats air fried zucchini mash with zero seasoning.

Him just realizing property tax is thing is really hilarious, him trying to adult going all in is going to be interesting. "On today's episode, I'm going to make a deposit at the sperm bank, join me shall you?"

Speaking to a financial planner? That's not punk! Adam does what he wants, heck it. No industry expert will be telling him what to do with his money. Just like with Covid, Adam does his own research.

Number 1. Ewww. Not a thought I wanted to think about, Adam and sperm bank.

Number 2. Can you image any woman/couple being interested in picking Adam in the write up he has to provide:

I am a 50 year old male.
Love Disney,
80's movies (no one else from Gen X cares about (like me)).
Full time vlogger (even though he's been doing it for 15+ years and still can't edit a photo into a vlog and has to show it on his cracked cell phone while filming on a camera)
Loves nature (walking around walk a man made pond while talking to a camera or talking to Kool the Gator, but hates Animal Kingdom were you have other animals that he seems to have no interest in, even though it is "nature")
Hates loud noises (but only if at basketball games or music he hates. Fine if it is white trash gathering or "punk" music, but only if it uber punksters like Blink-182 or Green Day. But not if it is Bad Brains or Black Flag).

If he is doing a Disney half marathon then it's not all that difficult. In general, you must finish the half in 3 hours 30 minutes and I walk faster than that when I'm going to the shops. I know you can stop off for pictures - and a few caffeinated beverages - so it doesn't even need training. I've run 7 half marathons and train for 10 weeks so that I can put in a decent effort. If I was Tim and the Woo I wouldn't bother training and just set off at a brisk pace and then cuddle the Sanderson sisters on the way round !!

Fit by Fifty? Lmfaooo and of course his food addicted friends the Slackers are there to binge eat without their miracle children. duck all these grifters.

"Gimme some credit tho, I'm trying and making changes" by doing the same bleeping things you've done the last 5 years of your life lmao GTFOH

I think we can count on him not training properly since he doesn't do anything the proper way. But I agree that the 16 min/mile course minimum pace should be no problem for him the way that he normally walks. As long as he can keep it up for thirteen miles, he'll be able to finish, and all of his fans will fawn all over him like he just won Olympic gold.

Is Tim (I'm assuming we're talking Tim Tracker here) a runner? I vaguely recall reading that his wife once ran a race (using someone else's bib, maybe?), but I can't keep up with their threads. Best case scenario for our amusement would be Tim taking off like a rocket and Adam trying to keep up, wearing himself out by mile 5.

The fact that he can't seem to do anything in moderation is simply exhausting. It's always one extreme or another -- a small handful of unseasoned vegetables or an enormous cheeseburger; living in a van or buying a gigantic townhouse; etc. etc.

"The thing I love about this town is there's just countless miles of bike paths" - the guy who has lived in said town for 3.5 years and has ridden his bike approximately 5-6 times

Today Adam goes to FATBURGER, but he rides his bike there so #FitByFifty is still in full effect! 😂

On the way, Adam is overcome by thirst, so he stops at the "art deco 7-11" to grab a....water? Heaven's no! Adam requires "Vitaminwater power-c Dragonfruit flavor". Now, Adam wouldn't get a soda because he doesn't drink soda anymore. And we know Adam is very careful when he goes to the DVC lounge to get the drink with no sugar in it.

But we also know that Adam's fridge was full a sugar-laden Red Bull, and lookie here at the nutritional value of what he picked to "hydrate" himself with:
1708699865400.png

Also remember he has cut out all sweets in the current phase of #FitByFifty, so please just ignore the 27 grams of added sugar in his little drink.

Then he shows his bike with the WATER BOTTLE attached, the one he could've filled up a home with fresh ice water. But Adam is famous for buying things and not using them or ever even looking at them, so why should the water bottle be any different?
1708700093622.png

Then Adam lets us know that a Wawa is coming right next to 7-11 (I think he mentioned this previously, of course). Adam hopes it will be an "art deco" Wawa. Maybe Adam could lead the charge to get an "art deco" Buc-ee's in town?

Remember to always use the correct phrasing - new buildings aren't built or constructed, they instead "come to fruition".

Then Adam and the Trackers shove Fatburger down their pie holes. Adam can't get a regular burger, or even the double burger, he has to get the triple burger. The Fatburger triple has: 1700 calories , almost 100 grams of fat, 33.5g saturated fat, 6.5g trans fat, 430g cholesterol, 2200g sodium.

Mr. "I Don't Drink Soda Anymore" confesses he's "been on a lemonade kick lately" and washes the above down with a lemonade. So throw another 50g of added sugar on top of his "power water".

Adam's burger is so thick that he can't fit his mouth to take a full bite and ends up eating it in the weirdest way, with half bites above and below. Jen at one point says "I don't like thick meat, we talked about this", and if that's the case I'm sure she's safe with Adam and Tim. 😂

Adam tells Tim and Jen that he hasn't had a soda "in 7 months". I believe we are on month 5 of Adam claiming he hasn't had soda in 7 months. Also, you can tell how they are good friends, that we all know Adam says he hasn't been drinking soda, but his "friends" have no idea.

Adam also tell the Trackers how much he's enjoying The Rock being back in WWE, but I recall Adam posting and talking about his disappointment with the recent WWE event he watched. I guess his "friends" missed that one too.

Unbelievably, Adam says goodbye to the Trackers and then goes back inside with This Frigging Guy to get his reaction (and probably have another lemonade)

Many doctors agree that the key to getting to and maintaining a healthy weight is not exercise but diet. If someone consumes an 1100 calorie meal and then walks on their treadmill for an hour they have only burned a bit over 1/3 of that meal. So they're still "up" on calories consumed vs. calories burned. Which results not in weight loss but weight gain. Any progress David makes on the days he eats nothing but a few air fried vegetables is eliminated when he eats a triple cheeseburger and lemonade.
But hey, his fans will still praise him and that's what this is all about.

How as an adult buying property is he not aware of taxes? I’m not buying any of this schtick anymore. He was dumb enough to not set up an LLC to buy a 600k home🤪 I have no empathy for him as he has stated he has a financial advisor and tax person. This has to be outrage bait. Also good luck with those other “ventures” next year. He is going to need it.

You can't outrun a bad diet. It's impossible.

He still doesn't get it. Being fit is about building habits. It's not giving yourself the excuse to have cheat days. There's a misconception that habits take 30(ish) days to form, but where it really transforms is in the repetitions. Having "cheat days" without enough reps to change habits just stalls progress, or worse, sets you back. With his years and years of bad health decisions, it's going to take a lot of reps and consistency for him to change.

He's 100 percent fooling himself, traveling down the pyramid of cognitive dissonance yet again.
