He also acts like it’s 100 miles from
Celebration. It’s not. Also that Dillards Clearance center is always busy. It’s actually really good. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but the theater is also open so it’s still active, just don’t go unless going to DMV. Plus everyone goes to the Florida Mall or Mellenia Mall. So that’s what the main issues are.

How in the heck does he, as a homeowner, not know that he’s required to pay property taxes? Didn’t he do his “research” on the basics of homeownership? Oh yeah, research requires a deal of work, which he’s lazy to do. He’s obviously such a dullard!

Is it possible he never knew about property tax because his father was a preacher and most likely had some exemption? So growing up he'd never hear his parents talk about paying property tax on their home?

At least he figured it out before it was due. The Trackers paid off their house and didn’t seem to realize they had to pay it themselves now. Someone ended up buying their property tax debt.
 
If he had a lease in his name why didn't het get a Celebration library card before now? Something seems hinky with that apartment. Or does he not comprehend people who rent are residents of the town they rent in?

Watched a bit of the video he couldn't wait for the leaf blowers to finish before making his video? What an idiot he has no set schedule.

Yeah. That was weird. He got the Celebration "resident" card when he was renting, so not sure why he couldn't get an Osceola County library card when he was renting.

Didn't he get a library card with the Orlando Public Library so he can utilize the vast archive of Disney history resources there? Didn't he have to pay extra since he wasn't a resident of Orlando "proper"? Have he ever visited that library since he got the card?
