I recently went to Disney World for the first time in 23 years... and honestly, it was basically the same as it was over two decades ago. The fact that all these vloggers regularly travel there is pathetic. Yes, the hotels and food can be good/above-average, but if you drive a few hours in any direction in Florida, you'll be in a beautiful location along the coast. For instance, Naples Florida is divine - gorgeous, white sand beaches, amazing food, great cafes - it all blows Disney World out of the water.

People go to Disney World to have a braindead holiday. It's not 'high-culture' - it's 'easy faux-culture'. It's corporate greed marketed as nostalgia. Disney doesn't care about your connection to a character, or a ride, or a restaurant - they just care that you want to consume food or merchandise with that character on it.

The only term for Disney vloggers that fits universally is "Basic Bitches". Honestly, the people at Allears.net are way more insufferable than Adam. They try to be all cutesy/witty all the time - and they just come across as 'dead behind the eyes' walking corporate shill zombies.

It’s mind boggling to think of the extraordinary trips he could go on with all of the money that he wastes at Disney. Even a cruise– instead of sailing to Castaway Cay again, he could see another part of the world. It’s a sad life once you really dissect it.

Absolutely. The Disney World cultists go there to be shielded from the real world. The real world is harsh. The real world isn't scripted. To preserve the facade of a 'happy life', they must stay in a carefully-controlled environment.

Can you imagine if Adam/Gary were harassed by a gypsy in Paris, or an African souvenir seller in Rome? They'd have a meltdown and start crying.

They are man-children.

I can't remember if it's in one of Sam's videos or in Adam's now-deleted videos of the trip, but there was a moment when they were watching the nighttime show at Universal and when it ended, it was SO CLEAR Adam was fighting the urge to try and kiss Sam.

Gary couldn’t even get to the right hotel & practically lost his mind trying to get to the correct location🤣 These two are just way too much!

I surely think that he exaggerates his personality for YouTube. That brings me to the question– is that better or worse? Is it better that Gary is just acting and it’s not his true personality, or is that the saddest part of all? Especially when we look at it from the angle of his friendship with Hattan and his role on Adam’s channel, maybe he feels like he won’t have a “fan base” (aka a reason to be invited on the next trip) within Adam’s viewers unless he acts like a performer in every single video🤷🏻‍♀️
