Adam has always had an odd attitude to food. He said in one cruise vlog that the chicken parmesan was the best he has had as you can't get good one in the UK. Its a fairly basic Italian dish that you can get plenty good ones here, and also cruise ahip italian is hardly fine dining. You'd find plenty better if you escaped the disney mass catering bubble.

He desperately likes to come across as superior and knowledgeable but usually ends up making himself look stupid and/or snobbish .

My last count I have travelled to 30 countries (7 out of 11 from Epcot). And there are so many more I want to go too, its hard to fit them all in with the budget and holiday time I have.

Yeah he said the same thing to Gary about eating pizza in Epcot..."that must be as good as Rome"...mate, are you kidding? I'm sure you can find better pizza even just in Orlando, just leave Disney! As you say he likes to think he is very cultured especially with food and he isn't...although next to Mr Chicken Nuggets & Fries Gary C maybe he is!
