If I met someone at a party and they said that to me I'd be sleeping with one eye open! I'd fully expect this person to appear at my window in the dead of the night with a pair of plane tickets, and my name tattooed on their neck 🤣 I don't even have an adjective for it. It's weird, creepy, overbearing, desperate, manipulative, controlling and that list only scratches the surface.
