I work as a PA to a girl with very similar needs to Mia and it’s hard work but very rewarding. I hope they find some decent carers for her. It’s not a position i would want to take because of the filming for social media but that probably appeals to some.

Interesting in a video this “carer” has posted saying all her words have come back since going back to school. Funny that during her time with her she’s become reliant on the not one but two iPads to keep her mind “stimulated” it’s the biggest load of nonsense I’ve ever seen from someone being paid to care

So glad I found this thread! (Thank you Abby for posting it on TT) 😂

Mia deserves SO much better than these “carers”. I honestly feel like Abby posts so people feel sorry for her. Like a “woe is me” or “look how bad I have it at work”. Without any regard for internet safety or common sense.

There’s so many videos of her tantrums and they’re constantly telling viewers where they are going to be on holiday and at what time. They film outside the front of the house where Mia lives and the surrounding area where she’ll admit is close to their home. It’s just so bad!! I’m surprised the council aren’t involved.
And then naming Mia the iPad kid, Nana getting an actual tattoo of an iPad “for Mia” and then sitting online and saying they don’t like it. Bullshit. It’s bullying.
