Student lets, depending on exactly how the properties are rented out are even bigger gold mines than standard buy to let houses. If he rents them bedroom by bedroom as some student let landlords do it can make more money than renting out the house as one.

Very true although can be right hassle renting out rooms individually, the real gold mine from student lets can be when they are substandard and poorly maintained. I lived in a Hoogstraten house in Brighton - lots of other slum landlords in the area.

Well Alfie won’t do the work, he will just have a letting management agency take care of everything and just pay them a percentage of the rents, and most management companies are awful with maintenance etc.

He said that he didn't want a management company taking his money, when he could just give jobs to his friends instead :D

He's 100% not a Tory, just wealthy, privileged and lives a life of little work while plebs pay off his mortgages.

No he didn’t, he only said that she owned the mansion but he had other property! It was a while since I listened to it but it always sticks out because Geordie was relieved that they hadn’t bought the house together as he was sure they wouldn’t last
 
It's making me so sad to read about all their property, being people who I assume consider themselves bleeding heart lefties who love everyone and think we should all be happy etc. etc. Rents are so disgustingly high because of people like them. Some of us can barely afford to live because 90% of our income is gone after paying rent and bills, and most of us will never own a place to live. This is because of them. Nobody needs to own houses they don't even live in. It's bleeping selfish and, by definition, Tory behaviour. I'm finding it really disheartening to see that people don't seem to be able to have financial success without becoming greedy Tory wankers. They are the problem.

This is exactly how I feel. They think they are a lefties but are the totally opposite.

They want other people to work and pay of their mortgages but still beleive they've worked hard for every single penny (be it in cash or assets). It's people farming. So many support people like this as they themselves aspire to be someone that can sit back and make other people work to give them money.

Alfie thinks of himself as this business man when all he's done is have the captial to put a deposit on property to then rent out. Pushing up house prices and causing misery for a generation.
 
I love the BBC so much. There is an article about how Joe doing well on Strictly potentially opens the door for other Youtubers on TV. But it also mentions other YouTubers who have been on TV already.

With a lovely quote about Joe’s sister appearing in Comic Relief Bake Off. “Recently there's been an increase in traditional media booking online stars: Zoe Sugg (Joe's sister) took part in The Great British Bake Off for Comic Relief”. Even the mainstream media getting in on calling Zoe Joe’s sister makes me happy.

What a boring night, driving all that way to Brighton to spend your night sat in the Zalfie house playing silly games in the lounge.
I know Zoe seems to like Dianne, as she's always leaving nice comments etc, but do you think she's slightly jealous as at the moment Dianne is more popular than her and also the fact that Dianne won't be turning into the next Mark or Poppy anytime soon.
Also I wonder now that Byron has moved out and Joe has a spare room, if Zoe and Alfie will come and visit or will Zoe make up some excuse, like she always does when she doesn't want to do something.

Everyone always says that the Joe/Zoe sibling relationship is genuine and that they are really close but the only time they ever spend together is filmed like they are trying to push the 'sibling goals'Plus Joe always has to go to Zoe and like you said now Byrons moved out they have a spare room so Zalfie could have stayed over.Like obviously they love each other but I dont think they are close at all.

They didn't even stay round. Like Zalfie don't have the space.
Dianna Instagram stories showed them driving home the same night.
