Obviously you can’t always plan these things but I truly believe that they want their children close in age to sort of ‘recreate’ their own childhoods. I still think she’s pregnant and I don’t really like to speculate about pregnancy however I’m ruling out that they’re struggling to conceive or suffering a loss etc as Alfie is still posting his usual content and acting on cloud 9
