Oh my god she is SUCH a hypocrite is she deluded or what?! She was the one screaming and crying that she was fat the other day now she’s got the cheek to give some patronising speech in her baby voice acting like she’s so body positive and it’s other people ‘I don’t even know what’s wrong with that image’ very very short memory Zara....
 
Boux Avenue insta feed has a range of body types/races which is fab. Also my best mate does social media and said this is a big priority for brands currently, so hoping they’ll take peoples complaints seriously when it comes to her promoting an unhealthy body image!

I’m recovered now but I spent all my teen years and into my Early 20s with an eating disorder and I can say even looking at her posts now, they would definitely have affected me back then. She’s so irresponsible. Shouldn’t be allowed on Instagram. The fact she keeps putting things up then deleting them just shows she is not getting it right. Shut up about your body Zara, if you want to live like that by all means do it, but take it off instagram and delete that stupid page that’s dedicated to your body.

Bringing up the old pic of her and claiming it’s been photo shopped because she “never looked like that”. In the photo she doesn’t even look big ! I think she is extremely warped with possibly body dysmorphia to think for a second that a pap pic isn’t completely candid. She must have honestly convinced herself that she looks like those over posed cat fish insta pics.

I was so fuming I wanted to reply giving her a piece of my mind at how completely toxic and damaging her content is for young people struggling with body image. As someone who had an ED as a teenager, I honestly bleeping ate her.

I actually did send her a message a few days ago on this very topic. I rarely message bloggers but I was so disturbed by what she said and as a parent with a 13 year old daughter I had to speak out. She probably didn't even read it but I felt better for sending it and then unfollowing. I'm in my 40s though and can do that because I don't care that people call me fat now (cause I actually am so feck it) but to see a slim girl referring to herself as fat would really affect someone like my daughter.

me also! Fingers crossed they take it on board, I love the Boux Avenue brand - they have women of all shapes, sizes and colours on their Instagram and its great to see. It makes your average woman like me feel good. Zara is just so so damaging, I'l love to shake her. I used to think she was harmless but to me she is the worst girl on Instagram right now. Angers me how so many young easily-influenced will be watching her and aspiring to look like her to only feel terrible about themselves when they don't achieve it, as Zara has clearly made it clear that if a girl can't see her ribs-she is fat!

Well done for speaking up! I’m older now and more comfortable in my skin but as a teenager, seeing this content would’ve 100% been triggering for me.

Her slamming the pap pics would’ve made me think that even her very slim body type in the pics is still too big and that her impossibly small waist and visible ribs on her insta pics is what to strive for.

It’s such a shame that these influencers could use their platforms for good but instead they use it to promote unrealistic bodies that will never be achieved without photoshop or surgery. I feel for the teenage girls today so much.
 
She looked great in the unfiltered pictures for boux avenue. I dont know why she over does it on Instagram, she's pretty without. Defo bad relationship with food and herself

It's astonishing.
I remember looking at her "adaywithzara" page when she first set it up and envied how slim she was.
And then I saw her papped and couldn't believe what I was seeing - she looked perfectly healthy, but so so different.

the pap shots are real life. The Instagram version from which she’s trying to capture an audience are fake and photoshopped and probably anatomically unattainable 😔
