I saw Ryan at the London Landmark’s half marathon yesterday. He was warming up next to my family on his own and looked fairly subdued. Nothing else to note! He wasn’t as tall as I expected he’d be.

Zara preaches how much she loves weightlifting and strength training, yet she literally has negative muscle in her upper body. Look at her arms and shoulders, they are wasting away. Not an ounce of muscle on them, probably due to barely eating.
