Even when she squats she doesn't squat a heavy weight at all. 5kg on each side. I do body pump classes and most people squat more than this doing high rep and fast squat tracks which require much lighter weights than if you were using a squat rack for just a few reps like she does. She doesn't eat anything and muscle growth requires calories, so no wonder!It's mad because obviously she's still very thin but she looks normal here, not with bizarre alien proportions as per her Instagram account. Her arms are incredibly thin though, I don't know how she can lift anything at the gym at all with such little muscle. Even people who eat very little but work out get a sort of wiry look, but she looks like she should be able to barely lift 1kg!!!
