The other day on their home account stories they asked for sofa recommendations aka free sofas. Then today they posted this.. clearly darlingsofchelsea had a word 😂
Shows how ungrateful these influencers are, happy to have a £10k sofa for free then bin it after only 1 year. Also no sign of #ad, reported to trading standards.

Exactly! I wonder if the house is even in his name and not his mum’s? Even if she did pay towards a few mortgage payments they aren’t married and she’s not exactly going to be named on the deed so she’s investing an awful lot of her energy into something which she has no real claim on.

Doesn’t she keep preaching about how they left MIC to have their own separate lives and couples need to do their own thing etc? What happened to her buying her own place or was that all lies too?
 
You know what, I am sure she said she has already bought her house twice on her stories over the last few months but it was just a passing comment both times which I found really weird because if she actually bought a house she would have shown it on Instagram and tell everybody who she bought the house and just make it all about herself really!

Also, her putting her time and money into Sam's mothers house (I refuse to call it his house let alone Zara's house) is also weird but she strikes me as the kind of girl who would try to kick Sam out of the house if they broke up 😂 😂😂

I also can't work it out, but it could be all the weight loss. I think she looked more feminine with the fuller, softer face and without the really obvious looking bolt-ons. She even looked pretty before (when she was with Adam). She looks harder and more masculine now and on the DM several Americans, who haven't heard of her, have asked if she is trans. For any woman, looking trans is not a good look!

Also in her pics, her hands always look massive (which doesn't help). Anyone else noticed that?

The house was bought by sams dad not mum - I think people assume mum bought it because she is in property development - so I imagine there’s no mortgage to keep up with.

I also recall Zara doing a q&a and addressing the buying her own house topic to which she responded she has gone ahead and also made her own purchase.

So when the renovation of Sam's house started why didn't they just move into her house? Aren't they living with Sam's mum now?

🤷🏼‍♀️ no idea perhaps she’s renting it out to just keep her money safe somewhere. Because Ryan and Louise have also been at the mums house they moved out to temp accommodation, a flat somewhere (looks somewhere along the Thames near Battersea) - where they’ve been watching love island on sams insta stories for the past however long - until theirs is done.
