She did! But she couldn’t prove the “intent” so no case! You have to prove the person you sent the nude images to forwarded them on with INTENT to cause embarrassment or distress. It’s such a grey area because what young man who receives nude pics isn’t going to show his mates for a laugh?

And when David said she wants to teach young girls how to sext, she meant never show your face when you send nude pics, as it’s naive to think young girls aren’t going to take and send them. So never show your face. so you can’t be identified if they are shared.

😂 she does exaggerate doesn't she. She glorified her admin job description to helping write government policy or something didn’t she?

Oh that's interesting, I didn't know she reported the second incident. I work in the same profession as you so stuff like this fascinates me.

She's got a point about teaching young girls not to show your their face if they send nudes. She's just the wrong person to teach the lesson.

Deffo exaggerates 😂 - good for him for actually doing a proper days work though. He’ll do better in the long run as Instagram isn’t a career.

Yes, she didn’t have a case in either incident. That’s why she wants change I think, massive grey area though, I don’t think there is much you can do if you sent the images to start with .. and then had your trust breached.

Deffo a good idea to crop your head out of any nudes hahaha 🤣
