Most houses have a floor plan done when you sell, why can’t she just use that?! If I was the sellers I’d be taking everything I was entitled to including the lightbulbs 😂
To be fair she’s not asking for very specific measurements! Just stuff like the width of the skirting board or dimensions of the light switches

Is it just me or is she being a right bleeping moron? The owners will know her name and her “job”, they can see all of this, stop bleeping moaning about how they won’t let you into the house! Keep it private or else they will be leaving you a nasty surprise!

As for the freak out about furniture, I moved mid April and went 3 months without a sofa as obviously nothing was open, so I was sat on a cushion on the floor during that time. She needs to get a bleeping grip. Why does she need to hire someone to tell her what furniture is essential to live, Jesus Christ.

Also who needs to measure up for a bloody bed? You’ve bought somewhere bigger than your current flat, just buy a king size and be done with it, of course it will bleeping fit. Ant doesn’t need anything bigger than that!!!!

"the vibe we are getting from the owners is that they really don't want to take the measurements for us"
maybe they are BUSY and out of the house WORKING at something called a REAL JOB
If it was one measurement to say get a bed in they probably would t mind but you can imagine it’s probably about 2 A4 sides long

Just watched the videos and the interior designer has given them a list of things they need to live like cooking equipment etc....eh?! Don’t they already live and get by day to day, not sure they need to be paying someone to tell them to take some pans and a few forks with them....absolute knobs the lot of them

Honestly, in her latest stories she's not only coming across as stuck up and extremely privileged but also a little bit stupid.

I'm even more confused about why they need to take everything from scratch now. So weird!

We bought our house off-plan and couldn't measure up until (which was more a problem for our existing sofa which, though did fit, it was a close call! We were able to buy everything else bulky knowing they'd roughly fit. Surely they can order a dining table for them to work off?!

I bought a new build and when we reserved it it was only the plot.... all we went off was the show home which wasnt our design or same size (also the showhome had an extra floor)..... we waited for furniture to come and guess what we survived. she really is coming across an absolute asshole today

I'm a lurker so please apologies if this has been said before. These are just my observations and thoughts with regards to this house purchase.

This has happened very quickly soI came up with a couple of different options for this.
  • the house was actually purchased pre-covid.
  • the vendors need a quick sale and they actually did just strike lucky in that sense.
  • they have a mortgage that is less than 60% LTV (these are being approved by the majority of lenders on the day subject to valuations etc
  • at present you can pay to speed up certain things
I'm not claiming to know the real reason or the reason why, but these are some of the options I have come up with. My sister bought a house the week after lockdown was lifted, and she has just moved in. The reason being; she had a 50% deposit, the owners needed a really quick sale and it did just move very quickly as she got in before the house buying rush started. However, it was a sad situation for the vendors - they were both out of work and couldn't financially afford the house thus wanted someone that was in a position to go and fast.

I'm not saying this is the case for Zanna, but for all we know, it could be a similar situation. Perhaps the vendors needed a quick sale due to something like this; job loss, potential redundancy, COVID related issues, and this is why they are taking plants etc - things that have sentimental value. Or maybe they just want to cherish the last moments in their house, there's nothing wrong with that! Although I don't think Zanna actually knows what making a real memory feels like. Hers are so forced. It so hard for Zanna to have some repect for people. She's a piece of work and she comes across as a bleeping rude brat, it's really not funny, and I think she's making herself look like a fool. The children I teach have more manners than this idiot. Even more, she's viewed this house several times already; they don't bloody own it yet!! Why does she think it's her god given right to have access whenever she wants! The majority of people wait until they get in to order large items. I accept it's her first house and she's probably over-excited but she's just not showing it in a good way. People cannot relate to her.

On another note, this tagging of the swimwear - (my own brand) - doesn't she co-own it?!?! It's not singular "my". Surely it should be "OUR BRAND" or "mine and Natalie's brand"

Rant over; what an annoying girl.

thats the thing... shes already been there 3 times. and when she did originally go, she posted pictures of it on instagram therefore it was deffo already in the motions... why did she take a bleeping tape measure there. it looks a beautiful house, there could be lots of happy memories and the family may want the last two weeks to be non-interrupted.

I’m young and no expert but I’m surprised they could even visit so much and meet the vendors, too. She is coming across as very entitled and as others have said, totally neurotic about the measurements and buying things.

Btw is there any evidence that her parents are millionaires? I know they own a farm which is definitely a valuable asset (sidenote, what do they do with the animals? Why keep sheep etc I thought it was just salad? Aren’t they retired?) I also know she went to an expensive private school in East Yorkshire, the type where they do horseriding lol. I don’t think she’s boarded. But are they actually mega rich? I think her mum was quite working class, I wonder how her parents met.

Also just for context, the area they live is pretty cheap. Rural East Yorkshire isn’t very fancy for the most part.

i remember her saying her dad was very successful in some sort of investment banking before doing the farm stuff (I think it was that or something similar).Their farm house and land is huge so I bet Zanna will inherit a small fortune from it when they die

No idea if they are actually millionaires but I’m sure they are on the wealthy to very wealthy side of things

I don't think this was a very good choice for Dove to work with Zanna, her before and after are not that different, she has barely any cellulite or stretch marks  What a pointless partnership! And this smile is scary! (Someone on Dove's end must have approved this picture, why didn't they say no to it? It's truly awful).

Thanks for showing us your chest pimple Zanna. You could have buttoned up the shirt.

In regards to Zannas eating and fitness, I find in my area of work that anyone who labels their diet e.g. Plant based, clean, keto, has some sort of disordered eating/body image/control issues. Most people use such labels as a way to justify restricting food groups. Zanna says herself she is a 'health wanker'. In her 'what I eat in a day videos' she literally eats fresh meals constantly - great! But realistically who does that every day. Like where are her cheap biscuits /crisps for a lazy evening.

This combo costs £72. I doubt she'd spend her own money on it if it wasn't #ADgifted  Normal person probably doesn't spend that much on hair care in a year!

MAYBE, just maybe, they read here or have seen stuff she's posted online so far and refused to take measurements for her to wind her up.
(Here's hoping!)
