I'm a lurker so please apologies if this has been said before. These are just my observations and thoughts with regards to this house purchase.
This has happened very quickly soI came up with a couple of different options for this.
- the house was actually purchased pre-covid.
- the vendors need a quick sale and they actually did just strike lucky in that sense.
- they have a mortgage that is less than 60% LTV (these are being approved by the majority of lenders on the day subject to valuations etc
- at present you can pay to speed up certain things
I'm not claiming to know the real reason or the reason why, but these are some of the options I have come up with. My sister bought a house the week after lockdown was lifted, and she has just moved in. The reason being; she had a 50% deposit, the owners needed a really quick sale and it did just move very quickly as she got in before the house buying rush started. However, it was a sad situation for the vendors - they were both out of work and couldn't financially afford the house thus wanted someone that was in a position to go and fast.
I'm not saying this is the case for Zanna, but for all we know, it could be a similar situation. Perhaps the vendors needed a quick sale due to something like this; job loss, potential redundancy, COVID related issues, and this is why they are taking plants etc - things that have sentimental value. Or maybe they just want to cherish the last moments in their house, there's nothing wrong with that! Although I don't think Zanna actually knows what making a real memory feels like. Hers are so forced. It so hard for Zanna to have some repect for people. She's a piece of work and she comes across as a
bleeping rude brat, it's really not funny, and I think she's making herself look like a fool. The children I teach have more manners than this idiot. Even more, she's viewed this house several times already; they don't bloody own it yet!! Why does she think it's her god given right to have access whenever she wants! The majority of people wait until they get in to order large items. I accept it's her first house and she's probably over-excited but she's just not showing it in a good way. People cannot relate to her.
On another note, this tagging of the swimwear - (my own brand) - doesn't she co-own it?!?! It's not singular "my". Surely it should be "OUR BRAND" or "mine and Natalie's brand"
Rant over; what an annoying girl.
