Just watched, she's really annoyed me, they've shifted the furniture around, it still looks cluttered, no wide lens camera shot will make it bigger!
We brought our house many years ago, it was a struggle, no holidays, no presents etc, but tis ours not paying silly rents, we've been able to build an extension, which we mostly done ourselves, not finished, but that's why we sacrifice having holidays etc! I really don't understand them at all, what'll happen if one day their landlord wants to sell

I was not shocked by the dirt behind or on the furniture, she thinks pushing the vacuum round is a deep clean.

obviously any quality with your parents is nice, but essentially being a maid to your mum for the evening is hardly worth all that praise Candy was giving!

That room is not going to stay like that for long......the sun will hit the tv in the afternoon/early evening....and it will be worse in summer months. They've also blocked the radiator with the sofa. They'd have more floor space if they got rid of the tv unit and wall mounted the tv.

I think of all the money they spent on ‘stuff’ in/on the house/garden and seriously think they could have had a deposit for a mortgage by now.
When we rented we did the bare minimum on the place because it’s someone else house!

I thought the same!! Every time they went out last year Bubzz was always buying grass stuff, that's not cheap!!
They really do waste so much money, and end of the day have nothing to show for it!

We rent, and I spend money doing the Garden up. A few hundred pound is worth spending to enjoy your house.
They've been there for quite a few years, so obviously have a good relationship with the landlord etc

There is nothing shameful about renting and making your house are garden nice.

I don't think anyone is being shameful about folks who rent, each to their own, but they obviously have surplus money, I just would have thought they'd have bought their own home, then they can do with it what they want

they have expressed an interest in buying a house, I’d personally save my money towards my own house and furnishing/garden etc than someone else’s but the rate they spend it’s not really a surprise they haven’t brought yet.
