You - Netflix

Not done yet but:
A. they really should just stick with polyamory. Love is basically into Theo and Joe is into Marienne, so it works out somewhat perfectly. Joe talking about how he is monogamous was just stupid. I understand he's a narcissist and likes to think of himself as perfect, but the fact that he had a revelation about mummy issues, which he then obviously dismissed, and that he recognised this was the perfect thing in his situation, suddenly makes no sense because the writers want this to be a huge issue??
B. I get focusing away from Natalie since nothing that big is going on, but I think throwing in Marienne and trying to build a plot around that rather than it being a bit of a side story just doesn't work very well when it's been established that Natalie was the main story. I would have also liked to seen the outcome of framing Gil more tbh
C. The whole Love's mum story line was just insane. Henry being used to push a plot again and not much else, we don't even see Love really react to the fact that her child basically got kidnapped
D. How did Joe not think that Love potentially killed her husband? I remember when she said it my first thought was that she had killed him. Though tbf, Joe does seem to be getting more sloppy in general which feels a bit odd (potentially setting up for season 4?) - he really could not have guessed or suspected that the protein shakes had drugs in them?
Thing is, I'm enjoying it but it feels like the producers are running out of ideas themselves and there are parts which feel a bit sloppy for these crime-geniuses

I am on ep 7 of season 3. I have been really enjoying but found ep 6 dragged a bit...
BTW, when Love was doing the livestream with her mum and Sherry, and her mum announced her pregnancy and her bleeping the neighbour I was convinced that Love hadn't properly shut the live stream off, and that Joe would find out and kill Theo. I am finding the storyline with Marianne boring...she is boring.

Ok anyone else that -like me- couldn’t get in to it? Stick it out! I’m on episode 8 and I cannot stop watching even though I have sooooo much marking to do for the morning 🤣

Hello fellow teacher!

don’t think this counts as a spoiler so won’t tag it, but the use of *that* Taylor Swift song during ep10 was incredible. Did anyone else cry or was it just because I was on my period?🤣

Ive already said I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to but I found it so predictable. Like I kind of knew he’d do what he did (not exactly but without any spoilers you know 💀…) the bits in the middle seemed pointless then the last episode seemed rushed. I don’t know how many more seasons they can make of him doing all this and getting away with it? I also really want to know if Theo is in the next season, I doubt it but for some reason I wanted to know more of his thoughts at the end about Love and Joe! Also if everyone just believed what happened? Nobody questioned it or thought it was weird?

the thing with leaving Henry to Dante (?) and his partner seemed really weird. Like, they didn’t ask questions or call anyone to report that a child got left on their doorstep when the parents seemed fairly loving???

i thinj they need to move away from that glass box thing, initially it made sense but in season 2and 3 it was ridiculous

I did kind of love that
Sherry and Cary inexplicably survived.

That’s true. That was a bit of a twist I forgot about actually as I was waiting for that not to be the case, but then I did keep thinking how on earth would they cover this one up if they didn’t.

just want to share something that annoyed me the whole way through seasin 3

Love killed Natalie when she showed her round the vacant shop - then she was only missing 24 hours and Love was already working in the bakery, the whole place was kitted out including the sign outside and the glass cage - in less that 24 hours!!!!

yeah that made 0 sense, I agree with everyone else (no spoliers) that in season 3 there were just so many things that were unexplained and made no sense that wouldn't have been investigated

I don’t think I’ve ever hated a character from a tv show as much as I hate Theo
I honestly weirdly liked him though his whole “I study some feminist thing” and then being very pushy about liking Love was ew. I think he was mostly redeemed by the fact that him and Love seemed to have great chemistry - which low-key says a lot about Joe’s lack/forced chemistry with every love interest
I do hate how naive he was though

Also - I noticed a lot of people had a problem between Love’s possible age (it’s assume she’s in her late 20s early 30s) and Theo’s age. Wonder what people think of that here?

The age thing is one of the things I Googled. Love is 35 and Theo 19. And in real life the actor that plays Theo is older the actress that plays Love.
