I know what a forum is for. My point is that the dragging of Shaq and Tanya across all platfroms is too much. Tanya gets dragged just for voicing her opinions on couples like the other Islanders aren't doing the same thing.

Shaq and Tanya are hated on here too so that's why I made a general comment.

I can't speak for other platforms as I don't read too much on those but here we have all spoken about how couples need to keep out of others business, most recently it has been mentioned a lot about Tom & Samie. Perhaps you are focusing on Tanya & Shaq comments because you rate them as a couple. But people have consistently commented on how horrible Olivia was, have torn apart Samie's bitchy behaviour, have commented on how fake Jessie appears at times, how awful Rosie was, how much people disliked Casey, Ron's game playing... The list goes on, literally every person has been commented on and judged negatively at some point, not just Tanya and Shaq.

Yeah the concensus is that they are all awful people (bar Sanam and Kai and Lana really). Tanya and Shaq aren't being unfairly hated on here, they are just being treated the same as everyone else.

If you have issues with a person's twitter comments then bring it up with that person on twitter... I don't understand trying to bring the discord here. Seems pretty pointless.
 
Hated is too strong a word. Do I want them to win after how they both behave? Hell, no.

I completely agree with all of this and this year it’s a case if most of the cast being unpleasant people.
 
Whoever wins, it doesn’t really matter too much though. I often forget that Tommy and Molly-Mae didn’t win their series. The reason they’ve done so well is that they both seem to be nice people, generally.

It’s perfectly obvious even from Iain Stirling’s commentary that even the production team view this year’s cast as particularly nasty.

Tanya does not get dragged “just” for voicing her opinions. She gets judged for having no self awareness and her overall shitty behavior of Shaq and Martin. She’s never been called out on it in the show and had she been viewers probably wouldn’t be so frustrated with her. I get being a fan of her but lets not make out she’s been an angel here.

I actually think Shaq is gorgeous. I said from day one he’s the hottest boy in my eyes so your Twitter post surprised me but then again I do think the fact you like them so much means you’re taking people not liking them a bit too personally. If you go into Twitter you’ll likely find disgusting comments on every islander.

Spot on! People are frustrated with Tanya for the same reasons they were frustrated with Olivia. Lack of self awareness and never getting called out for their bullshit.

If people actually read my posts, they would know that not once have I said that Tanya is an angel. There was a stage where I wasn't even bothered about her and Shaq getting back together. I was disappointed that she entertained Martin and brought him back to the villa.

If Shaq and Tanya are good now, who am I to hold her past mistakes against her? They have moved on so I will too.

You stated in the message I quoted Tanya was slated “just” for voicing her opinion as though people are somehow harsher on her. My response was to that.

Tanya’s looks are probably part of the reason she’s so narcissistic. She will probably have been raised by parents, friends, school focussing on how pretty she is so she thinks it’s the key to her life. I’ve seen it happen to people I know and it really is a recipe for disaster sometimes.

People can be beautiful or handsome on the exterior but if they have an ugly soul then to me, there is nothing attractive about them.

I dont think so. I think he knows that on the outside it will be different dealing with whatever the press say what offers they take up how they are spilt apart due to schedules their daily work routines, finding out what the public think of them as individuals and as a couple. They have not experienced this yet and have lived in a bubble in the villa. Davide and Ekin Su even now are questioned about are the just faking it. I think he means dealing with this will change them as its a new experience and they have a certain safety net being inside in the villa.

First if all, you've taken comments from twitter and brought them here. I've been fairly active on this thread since the beginning and I've never read anything on here like the above tweets. I can only speak my own opinion but personally I feel these threads have been respectful and everyone is very aware how edited it is, it's mentioned regularly.

there was only a few on this platform, but there was definitely some. someone commented on tanya’s body, saying she looks like a boy cause she has no curves etc etc. you can comment on actions obviously (i have as there’s a lot to say) but that comment was pretty pathetic. this site comments on looks all the as far as i’ve seen, especially during casa, they weren’t exactly positive 💀

i think if you know it doesn’t apply to you then there’s no reason to be annoyed lol. tattle is a gossip site, it’s not exactly gonna be the most respectful or nicest

i really thought she’d be out after casa, if there was a vote with her and martin then she would’ve been gone
her and shaq will be 4th tho. even i wanted ti like her, she makes it so hard, keeps saying dumb stuff. like the whole kai and sanam test thing. he could’ve gone back to olivia or tried to get to know rosie -rosie literally picked him for the date. but he stayed with sanam.
in tanya’s and just ppl on love island in generals eyes a “test” is when you actually go for someone else, kiss them and whatever and then go back to your og partner who takes you back with open arms. that’s what they think has to happen.
she even said “it’s scary” that they havnt been tested. really hate that logic.
