Agreed 😅 guessing with Becks’ size she doesn’t feel the cold as much, my overweight friend is the same. Bloody perishing in the South East today, can’t imagine the North East is any warmer!

I think it is probably a lack of clothes that fit her properly so she always gets the stretchy ones out, regardless of inappropriateness for the season. When I was bigger I used to gravitate towards lighter weight things as they often seemed to be more forgiving, although I would deffo have worn a polo neck jumper or something underneath too. There are so many lovely clothes out there she could buy, but nope she seems to have zero taste, unrelated to her size!

Same here, I'm in the North West and it's freezing, has to be a lot colder where she is.
I'd still have a day out at the sea side though, but dressed appropriately, she's just odd, not wearing a jumper and coat in this weather.

I find it funny that she claims so have studied fashion, she has zero style. I'm 41 and no one I know, myself included dresses as old fashioned as her, she dresses like someone in their 60's/70's

To be fair, as children we went to the seaside no matter the weather because it was free and we didn’t have tons of money BUT we were always dressed in many many layers and we went to our local beach - not one a long drive away. And not followed by a meal out / trip to IKEA etc etc etc.

Oh and we did it at the weekend so my dad could come too because believe it or not, it’s quite nice to do things with the whole family.

We go to the beach in this weather, but we live 10 mins away so we have quick blast and stop at the park. Wouldn’t be driving 90 mins each way, and I wouldn’t be wearing a summer top 🙄
