Everything has to be over explained, she didn’t choose Turkey over America based on talent and experience of surgeons, just say what we all know, it’s far less expensive to go to Turkey and some of them are very talented surgeons/dentists etc

As a former (now retired) NHS worker and from someone who understands the dire situation of the UK economy. Seeing a lying, freeloading, economically inactive (bum) going abroad for cheap, likely botched surgery and having the arrogance and shameless audacity to expect the NHS to foot the bill upon the return is vile, just vile. People who do this, should foot the bill for their own ineptitude. Remember the signs in shops many years ago ‘if you break it, you pay for it’ same should apply here. The actions of uneducated fools like this are the reason our cost of living is so high. She should be rightfully demonised for this.

I was just coming on to say that. She’s usually a size 20-22 but is wearing an 18 dress but wearing an xxl jacket which is miles away from meeting in the middle!
